Had 3 pieces framed and Matted 2 were very good. One the matte covered some of the details in the painting. Went back to the framers they said sorry can't fix it hmm ok. I'll go elsewhere and they fix it I'll repost and possibly remove another star.

I brought 2 pieces of artwork to be framed. I got a price and picked out frames and told them to proceed. I know framing can get very expensive at local places but couldn't find a mom and pop shop to go to so I settled for here. it was top dollar. I figured ok, top dollar I should get top notch service. two weeks later I come back after they called me and was showed the pieces and was extremely disappointed. The frames were both damaged after they said they were quality checked. Even the matting was flawed so they sent them back. I stopped in two weeks later to see what was going on and one piece was done and they had issue with the other. So I grabbed the one and waited for the other. two weeks later they called me and said to come back again. The larger piece was done. I came back and there was some sort of rainbow going on from the glass being cut improperly and the matting was damaged. So the manager held the piece up for me out of the lighting and said this is how you view it. I said there was no lighting and I can't see it properly, so I took the piece and laid it down so the light would allow me to see the flaws. she gave me an attitude and told me that's not how you look at it. she saw the imperfections and insisted it was the best they can do and if I wanted perfection she insinuated I wasn't getting it there. I called my lawyer and he said give it back until they get it right. She explained to me that they were loosing money and she's only going to have it done one more time after that they are giving me my money back. Bottom line profit over people. I found out they replaced the glass with an upgraded glass to make up for the sub par work and it was cut improperly. So they gave me back the original glass and told me to take it or leave it with the scratched matting. Big corporations where customers come last. It's a shame these big guys put the little guys out of business. And the manager making excuses for the crappy work. So disappointed. I'll never step foot in this place again. And it won't matter to them. Customer service is a thing of the past.

Zero Stars! I paid over $500 for a 42"x28" custom frame less then a year ago which has separated at the corners. Michael's does not accept responsibility for this. Do not buy a frame from Michaels.

Large fairly well-stocked craft store (not huge like the nearby Hobby Lobby which takes a long time to browse thru). Check out has gotten better with more registers open, at least when I was there.

Clean, organized and lots of great prices! Got the perfect little Valentines card box for my 5 year old to put together and decorate! Will be returning to stock up on sensory bin goodies!

Customer service is poor. You are not suppose to ID an adult for spray paint. Just verification of DOB! Please train staff accordingly. I understand being a minor, but I'm 40!!!

customer service sucks and ordered my order 2 hours early so I could come and pick it up and when I got there it was not ready or even started. I then had to wait 35 minutes for 4 things to be prepared and was late to my event.
