I recently had a very disturbing experience at the store while renting outfits for a wedding. From the start, the owner made me feel very uncomfortable with his creepy behavior. He kept staring at my chest, despite my shirt providing full coverage. When I made it clear that I noticed his staring, he just smirked and continued. The situation took a turn for the worse when we were leaving the owner grabbed my seven-year-old cousin, hugged her and kissed her on the head. This is incredibly inappropriate, and we all felt very uncomfortable things escalated to the point where we had to call the police. To make matters worse, they refused to show the police the security camera footage. We were refunded, but now I have to find another place. If you have to come here I strongly advise against being children or woman.

From storage they took my measurements and brought it to me size L and I am size M or S depending on the model and now it turns out that I told them that I no longer want the dress that I could exchange it for something else and the lady forces me to take it And why isn't she going to keep two dresses, the size L and now the size M, and why don't I have to buy it and pay for everything before the month...
This has never happened to me anywhere, I know that in some places they no longer return the money but at least they let you exchange it for something else; and if I don't pay it before the month she keeps my money that I gave as a deposit???? I will never return to this place again, I don't recommend you go to this place.????

Beautiful dresses, a good selection of off the rack sizes but have alteration services if needed. They mainly carry quinceanera, sweet 16 gowns but they also have wedding dresses, bridesmaid gowns, bridal jewelry, and mens formal attire. Very friendly and helpful sales people. Also offer event setup with tables, chairs and cake displays.
