Refused to return a game even though I pulled the receipt up on the computer had to call corporate standing inside the store so they can email me a copy what a joke of a company this this why your going under.

Walked in wanting to grab a couple of games and came in to one of the cleanest GameStops I've seen. Everything was so organized that I got what I needed in a quick trip. The cashier Joe was very nice and helpful. Keep up the great work! :)

Not sure why this location has 2.5 stars? I love this spot. It doesn't always have the product I'm looking for in stock, but the guys that work here are awesome. Always knowledgeable, friendly, and full of recommendations. Even if I leave without buying, I always leave with a nice chat and will continue to swing by whenever I get the chance.

So disappointed. I went in and bought a PS5 and the employee stated that the PS5 he had in stock at the time came only as a bundle. 10/12/2022 - going over our receipts we realized that we were not sold a "bundle", instead we were mislead (intentional or not) and charged individually for 3 additional gift cards that were supposed to be part of the PS5 "bundle". 10/13/2022 - I called the store directly and I was informed there was nothing they could do for me and I was provided the customer service phone number (800)883-8895. I called and spoke to a representative and was given a ticket number and informed this would be escalated to the corporate office. 10/19/2022 - I never received a phone call back so I called them to follow up and check the status of my ticket. I was informed my ticket was not forwarded to the correct people initially and they would reroute it to the financial team and I would be reimbursed in the following 48-72 hours. 11/3/2022 - Again, no call back so I followed up and spoke to yet another rep and I was informed my ticket was again forwarded to the incorrect department. I was given a new ticket and informed that this would take approximately 72 hours for me to receive a response. I was informed this would now be sent to the correct person (District Lead). 11/19/2022 - It has been over a month now and AGAIN, no response. Extremely frustrated now and feel like I was scammed and keep getting blown off and just want the money, that I was mislead to pay, back.You guys should be ashamed of yourselves for pushing your employees to mislead customers.UPDATE -12/14/2022Tony, thank you for taking the time to reach out and resolve this situation.

I preordered Modern warfare 2 I get to to the store to pick up the game and I noticed that they were giving out modern warfare 2 hats. I asked if I can get one and they said no. It was just a hat no big deal but I noticed that they were only giving them out to white people and not black or Mexican people which was a bit weird

I know it sucks for employees, but i don't care. I just wanted to make a quick stop before heading home. But i get it l, its hard to come by decent help these days. Regardless, its really irritating to come up to a store and hope that they are open durring business hours. Ridiculous.

They don't offer you the help correctly. They get frustrated with new costumers that don't really know much about videos games.

Do not recommend this place I bought a play staton from here and I got the protector plan which mean if my system was not working I could trade it in for a new one,3 times I went there every system did not use dis and where not working and they were not clean
