Awesome beyond my expectations! I was looking for a versatile option for a spare bedroom -- something that can function both as a couch and as a bed. And also be comfortable! My first internet searches served up online options but for a sofa / bed I really wanted to try them in person. I searched more specifically and found the Comfort Zone website. To my introverted self's absolute delight, the website had a number I could text! I asked if they had queen-size frames and futons in stock. I got an I immediate reply from a real person. I replied with "dancing emoji" and he said "I can't promise that, maybe a 2-step." I knew in that moment, I wanted to give this place my business. Wayne was amazing! He listened to what we were looking for, showed us the options and in a few minutes, we purchased a queen-size futon mattress and frame. Our luck continued -- he had it in stock and it fit in our SUV! Wayne made sure we understood how to install it by stepping us through it. We got home and my husband & I put it together in under 30 minutes with no issues. If you are considering buying online -- don't. It simply is not worth the hassle and Wayne's prices are as good as or better than what you see online. Plus by going to Comfort Zone, you see exactly what you are getting. Choosing a futon means you have a comfortable bed with no seams or gaps that the click-clack style couches have. I can't say enough about how absolutely helpful Wayne was during this process. You can tell how organized he is when you look at the small details in the store. It was just an absolute delight to shop in a real store and be helped by a real person who understands his products and inventory. Wayne, if you are reading this, thank you again!!

Quality, serious quality.It took a little longer than expected (thanks to global delivery craziness) but it was worth the wait. Wayne and crew were very nice and did a good job on the installation. I was worried that it might be flimsy or that the wood might be cheap looking but I couldn't have been more wrong. Our murphy bed is very solid and well constructed and the wood finish looks beautiful.

Fabulous Service, Friendly Staff. They were able to obtain a product, I thought had been discontinued years ago. The merchandise even arrived earlier than anticipated. I am very pleased.

I purchased a new bed from Comfort Zone in late 2010 with the expert advice and guidance of Wayne and Denise. They recommended a latex memory foam bed by Diamond Mattress. INCREDIBLE! After nearly 9 years, it is still amazingly comfortable. I have have 2 steel rods twist tied to my spine due to scoliosis which means all kinds of different pain. At the time I purchased this bed, I was suffering debilitating back pain. On the recommendation of my surgeon in Chicago, I went to the spine center at Cedars Sinai in L.A. and was told I needed surgery to undo and redo everything I had done in 1984. No way! I spoke with Wayne and Denise. They suggested my old bed could be a huge contributing factor to the pain. Wow, were they ever right!! Here we are nearly 9 years later and I am still amazingly happy with my bed and mostly pain free - no surgery either! Thanks Comfort Zone!!

Superlative shopping and installation experience! Excellent customer service - Wayne expedited the order in time for our daughter, son-in-law and grandson's Christmas visit and personally installed the product. Couldn't ask for more. Superior, high quality product at a very competitive price - our room is multi-purpose and provides an extremely comfortable experience for guests.

Was looking for a way to have a sleeping option in my small guest room, while keeping it as my office. Did some research and decided on a futon. I visited a many of shops along the Hwy 78 corridor and found Comfort Zone to have the best and most affordable merchandise. Talked with Wayne on a number of occasions to make sure I could get exactly what I envisioned and needed. Wayne was very helpful and informative on the options relative to styles and mattresses. I ordered my futon and as promised, it was ready within a week. With regard to delivery and installation, Wayne was very cooperative with me; I had to delay delivery due to some personal commitments. Installation was super!!! Nathan came on time and was very nice in answering my many questions....I wanted to know how to disassemble and reassemble in case I had to move the futon myself to a new location. Overall, I got what I needed for my smaller room and it looks and functions perfectly...I highly recommend a visit to Comfort Zone if you are in the market for futon, Murphy bed or sleeper couch....

Went in and found a couple of stools. Bought them and walked out. Simple, and good price. I am not well versed when it comes to furniture quality yet, but these have been sturdy. I would buy stuff there again. The guy running it that days was friendly and helpful.

We had been in the market for a Murphy wall bed for a couple of years. Quality beds were way out of our budget. We were vacationing in Southern CA, and happened to stop in to Comfort Zone. We had a great experience. Wayne explained the difference between a wall bed and a cabinet bed. Cabinet beds are less expensive and easier to install than wall beds. Comfort Zone had a large selection and we were not knocked over by insane prices. Wayne arranged for our bed to be shipped from the factory to our home in VA. When it arrived, it was very easy to install just as Wayne had said. I'm not certain why the other stores we spoke to never explained all of this to us. I wish they had a store in VA.

We were shopping for a wall bed and found Comfort Zone on Yelp. We called and talked to Wayne about a special request we had and he was very helpful. Later we stopped and talked to Denise who was also very helpful and we got all our additional questions answered. We still needed to confirm measurements but there was no pressure to make a decision. When we were ready to order the bed, Wayne came out to confirm the measurements we needed. When it was delivered, Wayne took extra time with the installation to make sure we were happy with every little detail. We completely understand what it takes to run a mom and pop retail business and we're happy we chose to work with Wayne and Denise. Good product, good price, good job you two!
