WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD!!!! Older lady at front desk on Saturday 2-24 at 1127 needs to be more people friendly. Go to open an account and she's just like no do that online stop wasting our time coming in here on a Saturday for that!!!!

Extremely rude and incompetent admin staff. The branch barely answers their phones. One banker also set up my account incorrectly so we had to go back in multiple times, wasting our time again, due to their errors. They never reply to emails and at extremely inefficient, requiring a lot of time to be wasted in the process. This outdated, old school business model will run this branch into the ground. The opposite of modern and efficient. Very disappointing.

I get so tired of calling a number & wasting so much time following a recorded voice telling telling me to push buttons and usually doesn’t offer any solution to help me.

I had a horrible experience with customer service over the phone. I went into the branch and got service from christela Garcia and I had the most amazing experience. It's a shame they're closing most of these branches because the phone service for Chase is terrible compared to the in-person experience

Had an excellent experience completing a Medallion Signature Guarantee with Amber Tinnell at the Chase on Mission Ave. Amber was communicative, professional, and even pre-approved all of my documents ahead of our appointment via email to make sure everything was in order ahead of my appointment. I had a very negative experience with the same process at the Chase on Oceanside Blvd, to the point where I was ready to change banks, and Amber restored my faith in Chase customer service and gained a loyal customer. I will be returning to the Mission Ave. branch for all of my banking needs, and will recommend Amber to all of my friends. Thank you!

Very Rude female bank teller! Try getting some better !$^#@$$@ training from the tellers at the 1040 Mission Ave location which is much more welcoming with its customers! Sure know how to ruin a good day.

Several times over time both in emails and in person have we requested NOT to be contacted unless there is an account emergency. Curious enough, we just left a branch this morning asking AGAIN not to be contacted while doing banking business. Guess what? Just a few minutes ago, I get a Chase Private Bank email asking me to contact them for wonderful opportunities. I am fed up Chase! Get your act, database, and client requests in order.

This has been a bank for decades. Whoever owned it has changed hands. I usually just do the walk up atm or drive up atm. I haven't had any problems with those. I just wish the drive up gave things besides 20s

A change of rules about deposits without notification turns an in and out trip into a 15 minute ordeal being passed off as customer service. After 15 year you would like customer service would look and feel quite different. Note: it was a teller that did not know me and was seeking to do her job. It was the manager that I had the issue with. The regular tellers I have dealt with here have been great.

Worst branch I've ever been in, I have to now drive 10 miles to a different chase bank just to get rolled quarters.I understand that you're low on quarters but why dose the other bank give me quarters? this girl ask if I had a checking account in order to get rolled quarters she then Proceeded to tell me she already told me no, Like she had seen me before, I stopped going to this bank because of how rude everyone is month ago.

Okay so I called in with a problem and spoke with Madison!She was amazing and is still helping me work out things. Just wanted to say she deserves a raise because she followed up and made sure all my needs were met. Happy with the service! Thank you again Madi!
