Paulina doesn’t respect businesses clients window, there is a specific dedicated window for customers but she refused to follow those rules.

Horrible service. Great example on why banks are closing and are not needed anymore. They want the customers to do everything themselves. Absolutely no help. As I stood in line an they turned people away and referred them to the app. The tellers are useless do not want to do any work themselves which is what they get paid... read full comment

Same account for over 40 years. I've always been happy with my interactions. Friendly staff reliable resource .
