Update: I went to Mamy for a touch up and once again, she got me looking right. I had the front half of my braids redone and she had me in and out in about an hour and a half. I receive multiple compliments every day on my braids. So I had to once again give the rating she deserves. Thank you Mamy!!

Mamy is the real deal. My hair is on point! I have had my hair done by 2 ladies at this location so far. My goal is to rotate in the shop, because they are honestly good at what they do. In the past, I found a beautician I like and sometimes her schedule would be too full to get me in. So, I want to make sure I have a spot where any of the stylist can take me if the other is booked up. I am VERY happy with my hair and I don't see myself going anywhere else - as long as the service and quality stay the same. Also, these ladies work hard and their prices are very reasonable. So, please respect the craft and give them a worthy tip.

I very rarely leave reviews unless I very satisfied Beyond any expectations I might have had. I called around different places to find someone that could do my braids early on a Saturday evening and Martel agreed to see me before knowing exactly what I needed done. She did such a great job, I have had done a few times before and never have they ever been done as tightly or well placed as Matel did them. She is a very pleasant person on top of giving clients a great final product. She is very well priced on top of everything else. I never mind paying for good competent work, but she was very great priced and this is a Saturday pm before going out and other people may take advantage of certain situations, but not matel. She is very close to my house and I am so happy i found her. Aaron

This was the 1st time I had gotten my hair braided in a very long time so believe me I did research before choosing a stylist. I loved my experience here with Mamy. She is an amazing professional and she made my time in her salon fun and relaxing. She was so incredibly quick with my box braids that it took my satisfaction to a different level. I received so many compliments on my bob style because my braids were neat and sweet. I can not wait for my next braided hairstyle because I will definitely be coming back here and I recommend her services to anyone and everyone looking for braids.

I have been going to Mamy since I was in high school (10 years). My sister and mother also have gone to her for that long and she is by far the best braiding stylist in SD! She makes it so easy to book appointments and does your hair style exactly as you like. Every single day I get multiple compliments from strangers on how great my hair is and so does my sister. She's versatile and can do not only hair but microblading and lash extensions! Definitely go to her if you want a job well done

She always fits me in her schedule and my braids are always what i ask for or better. I always get compliments on my braid and have referred a few people to matel and they all loved the hair styles she has provided. On top of that her prices are very reasonable.
