UPS in my area is the bane of my existence. Any time I have a package being delivered by UPS, they don't even get out of the truck. I watch them stop outside the my house then I get an update that my package was undeliverable, then they drive away. Then I have to spend a week dealing with customer service because after that no-one seems to know where that package is. Is it at the customer center? Is it on a truck? Who knows! I get deliveries all the time. Amazon, USPS, FEDEX, even doordash. I don't understand how you can be a business with such terrible customer service.

If I could give this location zero stars I would! My package is lost due to the negligence on staffs behalf and their excuse is that “they’re not UPS staff”! They let us know someone “could have stolen it”. Do not trust them with your packages! This is the filthiest location I have ever seen. Clearly the employees don’t care enough.

Left our many packages hidden to all but us on our porch.... We feel good ? as long as they are consistent ?
