“Being the subsidized public transit for disabled, at $8 round trip for mother in her wheelchair and me, we are satisfied. The pickup and drop off time are given a window of time of 30 minutes and drivers are usually reliable, both male or female. We use it to go to Davita Dialysis center. Payment is via mobile app linked to credit card or Paypal. Drivers usually ambulate and push the wheelchair from the home ramp to the door in the lobby. They take care strapping and securing the wheelchair and passenger. The downside is waiting up to 30 minutes for it to arrive.”

“Kia was so kind and patient on the phone! I had so many questions and she calmly answered all of them and I got my product measured. She told me all of the fees upfront so I didn’t have “sticker shock” upon arrival. I’m sure pick up will go smoothly if the rest of the staff is as welcoming. I’ll update more once we pick up!”
