As a Realtor I've used the Home Co for the past several years for them to stage my listings and I LOVE their work! As a recent seller of mine said, she didn't like the staging, she LOVED it! I've been in the business for over 30 years, and they are one of the best I have ever used! They are easy to work with too! I look forward to working with them more in the future.

My sister and I had the pleasure of working with the Home Co. this past summer. We reached out for help selling our childhood home in Oakland. Jennifer was incredible, she gave us multiple options for updating and staging the home in order to get the best price possible while working with our budget. We received weekly progress updates from her team, which was important since we live out of state. With the beautiful work the Home Co. performed, we received an offer after the first open house and ended up getting over asking price. This intimidating process was made almost effortless for us and I am so grateful, Thank you !!

We moved onto a house done by them. Let’s see, nails sticking out bottom of counters, shelves missing, lazy Susan in corner cabinet not connected, kitchen floors not finished, I could go on and on. Every workman that had come since has said’i can’t believe they did this.

We used the Home Co. to stage our condo prior to selling it. It is a large open plan room with 30 windows, and can be challenging to decorate. Natalia Avalos staged the entire apartment, and it was fabulous! Sold in a week. Painless process, easy online contract and payment. I'd highly recommend them for staging should you choose to sell.

Jen and her team were quick to respond to our initial inquiry and provided a detailed estimate in a timely fashion. Her staging brought out every single asset the house had and definately helped to sell the house. She was willing to consider our feedback on things but at the end of the day we trusted her with the look and feel and got the results we were looking for. We could not have asked for a better stager and team!
