“High Street Pharmacy is by far one of the best. They are all so kind and communicative. The employees have always handled our interactions with the utmost professionalism. I feel my inquiries are met with an honest effort to retain the dignity of their clientele. This is the reason I chose the departure from prior pharmacies, often being dismissed and treated unfairly. In fact, their location is quite a bit out of my way. However, to be treated with compassion and understanding, it is well worth the extra distance and time.”

“I've always been a fan of mom & pop shops and this pharmacy in particular reminds me of an era where something as simple as refilling a prescription or buying a cold compress is on a more personal level. I stop by here regularly and the owner and pharmacist always greets me by name and generally remembers my order of allergy medication and electrolytes, and he is always willing to take the time to find the best product to match the customers needs. They can fill just about any prescription here and their prices are always competitive with Walgreens and Safeway. One of the greatest aspects of this place is their alternative solutions section, they offer a huge variety of herbal teas and roots that have been used for centuries to combat common everyday ailments like sleep deprivation and loss of appetite. If you try any of their teas, I highly suggest buying something with Valerian root, it not only helps improve mental wellness but also works great as a sleep aid.”

“Everyone in this pharmacy has been helpful, kind, and extremely competent (more than I can say for some bigger box competitors!). I've always gotten questions answered quickly and they run things quite efficiently. I have to highly recommend the pharmacist from whom I have received my last two Covid vaccinations (and I'm sad to say I did not ask his name, but have learned through reading reviews his name is Andrew. Thank you Andrew!). He takes time to properly place the shot in your arm which can minimize soreness -- something I have never had another vaccine provider do. He throughly explains everything and I always walk away knowing a bit more than when I came in. Thank you Andrew and team!”

“In case you couldn't tell from the name of the company, it is a Pharmacy. All pharmacies sell drugs, and most, like Walgreens and CVS sell incidentals and household items that hopefully add to the convenience of a visit. Yes, they don't need a big corner space for just a pharmacy, which is why they provide other services like a post office and utilities payment. But first and foremost, I would venture to say this place is a pharmacy, one that dispenses drugs to sick people. People with doctor's prescriptions take their prescriptions to a pharmacist to get their medicine. People without prescriptions can purchase over the counter medicine like cold medicine or Tylenol. Every time I had gone in there, I was able to pick up little things that I needed while taking care of utility payments. Their selection may not be as great as a CVS, but I have gotten the personal hygiene items I needed without making a separate stop. Maybe they realized that they don't need all that space for household items because I recently went in there to find out that most of the items are gone, and the space is being used as a...pharmacy. Good thing I can still take pay my PG&E bills and get an occasional lottery ticket.”

“DR. CELESTE ALLEN is God's Angel! Truly & honestly. My kids have been seeing Dr. Allen for over 10+ years. She is attentive, caring, and truly an amazing person. They started seeing Dr. Allen when we lived in Oakland. We moved to Hercules & then Pittsburg and I still drive 30-45 minutes so they can see her. She is that good. My oldest daughter is now 23 and still sees Dr. Allen. She dreads turning 25 because she will not be able to continue as her patient. I have been holding off on writing this review because I really didn't want to share Dr. Allen but I'm realizing that others need her as well. DR. CELESTE ALLEN IS THE BEST!”

“This 5 star review is strictly for an employee named "HECTOR" I called to see what time photo department closed, he gave me a time then asked was I picking up pictures, I said yes. He went to check for them, we got disconnected so I called back and he apologized and kept checking. Said he didn't see my pictures or my name. Gave him my order number he kept checking.. nothing. After every attempt, he finally found my photos!! I went and found him at the location, he was kind and friendly. He rang me up and I left with my photos. Thankful that he went the extra mile and actually took the time to locate my photos. DEFINITELY APPRECIATED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE!!”
