Came from out of town for a pointe shoe fitting with the Pointe Shop which shares the space. The pointe fitting was great. But, the shop itself was closed because the owner had to run an errand or something, even though it was during their business hours which was disappointing because we had hoped to try on a few leotards. So we decided to come back the next morning when they opened again. We waited for 20 minutes until 11:20 (they open at 11). Still no one arrived. We ended up just driving into San Fran to a dance shop that was open and found what we needed.

Saved me a whole drive to SF, its a hassle to drive all the way down there. Only place in the area that had dance sneakers in shop so I could try on. Lovely little boutique with a really great shop owner. Very happy. Support your local small businesses ❤️

A fantastic store with a great selection of dance wear and shoes! The owner is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and also a dance photographer so has an eye for form and function. A gem of a store and highly recommended!

I purchased a pair of flat shoes and got help to pick out the suitable brand and size. The service was helpful, friendly and the shoes I purchased were more comfortable than my previous ones and the price was cheaper than online, so I am very happy with them.

Their phone number doesn't work and they need to update it. I don't even know if the stores open and I don't have time to drive all the way to Oakland to find out they need to update their information!

I walked into MoveMe with my teen daughter, and we both felt instantly comfortable in this pretty store. This boutique also has that cool vibe (my teen said the music was cool so it's legit). Kristie (owner) was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable about all the different dance-wear options. I was happy to learn that they also carried locally- and woman-owned brands.

Wonderful store for Dance supplies. My daughter has gotten leotards, legwarmers and shoes here. They always have something new and fun to browse. They also helped me put together a cute package for a birthday gift. Highly recommended!
