These people are crooks and scammers. Unprofessional! I paid them and paid them $800 for the ftb Corp fees. They never filed the taxes and never paid the ftb. Which led to several thousand dollars in fees. When I call they ignored call unless I block the number. They gave me the run around for 2 years. I went into the office last year and demanded to speak to Hakeem. With his knowledge I video taped our conversation. He told me I'm a nag worse than his X wife. He was so rude unprofessional and ghetto. He had some very young girlfriend that was rude. I am not currently in the process of suing. They have now changed their name to E11 unlimited to avoid legal consequences but are in the same location, same phone number, staff and bad business. Scam artists!

Hakim has been a true life saver for me. I met him back in 2013 when I was looking to start an LLC. I gave him a down payment about $500 and we became friends and business partners thereafter. He has always had my best interest at heart. He showed me step by step how to become a legitimate business person. We started my company and he has provided me with financial advice since then. It's now 2021 and I've bought several cars, held my credit score above 700, matured my company, got business accounts, business credit and will now be refinancing my first home. I went from renting to owning and established myself and my company because of the attention Hakim has given me. He always brags about the people he is able to help. He operates out of his heart and truly believes in helping others. He has taught his staff the same principles and now his daughter who will hopefully take over the business one day. I love you Hakim. Thank you for everything you have done to help me and my family.

Scheduled in-office tax appointment a month back. The office was closed on the day of appointment. I am trying to call back and there is no response from them. Left two voicemails and it has been 3 days with no response.

Very frustrated with these folks at “Mountain Valley Consultants . Hakim promised that my taxes would be completed in January 2019 and he quickly processed them supposedly however the IRS has yet to receive them either electronically or via U.S. mail asof 6/19/2019 - almost 5 months later! MVC hounded me like crazies from a Friday, Saturday, even Sunday for me to pay $375 tax preparation fees after he claims to have filed my taxes. I called MVC every month from February they said it was filed electronically, March I got nervous because no response from IRS, April they said they were too busy to talk to me (mind you that they already took my money n threw me at the bottom of the list as far as priority and customer service. In May I emailed MVC and left them voice mail messages and they emailed me and said my taxes were mailed in March. So I waited and waited and waited. I called the IRS today June 19th and they still have nothing on me. They couldn't have mailed them because they never asked me to sign my return. They are crooks! Don't use these people they will take your money and run. If I call them it always goes to voicemail. If I block my number they answer. Poor customer service. I complained to the IRS, American Express since that was my payment method, I'm writing all this on the internet to let others beware. Hakim said he has over 30 years experience in tax preparation but he definitely doesn't have 30 years of customer service! His girls are like his puppets, they don't know how to answer simple questions and always say "hold on and after 5-7 minutes of holding they come back on the line and ALWAYS say, “Hakim's busy with a client, he's out of the office, or he's out to lunch.” Never do they return calls after promising me they’d call me back repeatedly. If I could give a ZERO I'd give them that!!! But a “1” star is the LOWEST!
I want my money back! I saved all of my emails that reflect the truth to my story which I will post on here too.
