We went to this place for the first time and as soon as we walked in no one says nothing. So we are just standing there. The 2nd time we went there again no one even said" hi can we help you" we patiently waited and waited and nothing. We got tired of waiting and asked the girl if we were going to be helped and she responded that it's by appointment. So why does it say walk in welcomed! They cut hair nice but no customer service at all. Won't be going back.
