Went in in the morning for a walk-in , but unfortunately they said the morning slots were all booked up and gave us a slot in the afternoon. People were polite and knowledgeable.

Sean and the team he has built are amazing. We might have been one of City Healths first set of customers and there is no substitute for their level of care. We are very happy with their business model and adaptability to respond to almost all of our needs.

I bring my mom for her first visit with doctor Waiz she was super helpfull and knologe about my moms issue . We been dealing with kaiser for a long time (years) and they couldnt even find my moms problem. Finally doctor Waiz give my mom some antibiotics and problex fix ! We back for the follow up appointment and everything is Good now.

Loved that there was an appointment available within hours, the place wasn't crowded, and the wait to be seen was short. The lobby was very nice, with a play area for kids. My doctor was lovely and was able to diagnose me quickly. The only down side was that they wanted to send me home with paperwork on how to do the exercise needed for my recovery. I had to request that they do it once in the office, so I could make sure I was doing it properly, but they were more than willing once asked. That struck me as odd. And, they needed to look it up on YouTube for a refresher, which was not confidence inducing. Nevertheless, they did it with me and it definitely helped. And they were very warm and welcoming. I will absolutely be going back.

This is the second time I've gone to City Health, and both times they have been consistent with their service. Everyone has been super sweet and the nurse and physician assistant's that have provided me with care are no exception. Highly recommend, especially because they are transparent. I came in without insurance!

I was pleasantly surprised! I say that because I had never been to an urgent care before. The staff was courteous, friendly, and professional. The office was so clean I couldn't tell if they just moved in or had been there a while. Thank you!
