Absolutely worst service ever. I thought she was being helpful but after I checked my receipt I realized she is a liar. Didn't go over my plan or even tell me what planned I am on. She just added whatever plan she wanted. I got three lines they were suppose to be 25 a piece. So tell me why my bill is 140. A month. She told me she's waiving the activation fees she didn't she charged me. I wasn't going to get any accessories but she said she would give me the screen protector for 15.00 but the total came to over 60.00 she charged me full price... Worst customer service and blatantly liars update.... I called customer service and like I thought, she overcharged me she didn't give me options, charged me for the most expensive plan... Didn't give me my pin as I had witnesses there, she did nothing and when I call she hangs up on me she she says she's the manager and goes by Letty. I explained the whole situation and she acted like she didn't know who I was until I told her it was her that helped me then she danced around my questions and wouldn't answer them, and then hung up on me

Came in here for an interview a couple months ago. The "main manager" was an hour late to my interview. While waiting, one of the sales reps told me the people of Oakdale are "racist". Very unprofessional and rude. If you live in Oakdale - you should probably take your business somewhere else.

Natesa really knows her stuff about the phones and the service. I have been a Metro customer for over 10 years and she was one of the most pleasant people to have help me out in years. Thank you and I will be returning soon.

Worst service ever if I could give a 0 I would maybe negative the girls there Did not understand the equipment or questions about WPA S pass codes called them back several times no good answers Nothing but dead ends after dead ends .The young manager wanted to upsale you on everything . Just called now the reply is oh come in Monday and talk to the new manager she just keeps passing me off to somebody else again please try and educate your employees better. or you will get more these negative reviews. My wife has been a customer since 1995 and has never had this poor of service.
