Back in May we had to get one of our classic cars towed unexpectedly. Michael did a 5 star job! He took really great care of our car and was very knowledgable. He was also very kind and easy to talk to. The reason I gave four stars had to do with the time it took to get to our location, that would fall back on AAA dispatch. Michael called me as soon as we got off the phone with AAA. He let me know his location and the ETA, it was almost 1.5hrs. Not his fault (he was far out from his last call), he was very upfront and honest, which we appreciated. I would do business because of Michael again, he provided great customer service. My husband really enjoyed talking to him.

Shout out to Haidlen Towing! Left the keys in my car while parked at knights ferry. We called a couple of places around town, they were the best on prices. The girl on the phone was very nice and answered all of my questions! She quoted for a 30-45min wait and he got here in only 13 minutes!! Highly impressed. Also they accept card.

I want to say a Big Thank you to Dylan from Oakdale Haidlen Towning. Yesterday I called AAA to tow our 1970 Barracuda. After coming home from a car show we hit the hill thats on Mchenry Ave right by Nino's going about 45mph we when came down the passager side back tire snapped off slamming the car to the ground sliding 100 feet down McHenry. As anyone would know we were devastated and mad knowing our original Barracuda was broke to say the least. The worries of a tow company coming out and doing more damage to our beautiful car to get it on their truck. Dylan pulled up you can tell he was tired. I explained what we wanted to do by getting the car in our driveway (our drive way is steep) Dylan explained that he had 3 other calls to give him a min to call & put the other calls on hold or to move them due to AAA said our car was an easy tow. I asked how long he had been doing this job he stated since Oct 2018 I thought to myself oh no there's going to be more damage to our car. There wasn't at all. This kid did an amazing job. As he got the car back to our house only 3 miles away his phone kept going off with more calls. I felt so bad for him but Dylan didn't rush with our car at all. Dylan took his time with us and it made us feel good. Got our car right where we need it to go. Thank you Dylan... I would recommend this company. If we ever need a tow again I will ask for this company to come out.

Called AAA for a tow in Knights Ferry. Ended up with some guy that claims he didn't have the tow lights to attach to my car so my harzards has to be on. Cool. Whatever. Then he states we have to go to his shop so he can get them. Once we get there he leaves for 30 mins and then comes back and tells me I have to wait for another driver! At this point I was livid. The other driver, AUSTIN, showed up and helped me get my car going without even needing a tow home! If you call AAA in the Oakdale area be sure to ask for Austin! He was professional and helped me get on the road! Don't get the other guy.

Terrible service. I called to have our 16 year olds truck towed through AAA, after sitting on the side of the road for an hour and a half he called to "confirm" the size of our truck.. "oh sorry, we can't do that!" With no other option and it's dark on ALBERS!

If we could put zero stars i would. Needed gas brought to via roadside sevice aaa. This jerk (clint howard) shows up mad he has to work. Trys to barter out of giving gas cause he didnt want to have to go back to that shop that was 10 mins away to refill the can. Mad that he had to give up his gas he poured it all over the car and ground. Instead of arguing with this idiotic excuse of a man he's sent off and we call aaa back...Mean while still with an empty tank. Long story short do business here if you want to feel threatened, want your property defaced and like dealing with employees that hate their jobs. Dude is combative and prolly has other police reports against him. Stay away from this place. Not worth the stress.

My daughter locked her keys in her running car. She called Oakdale Locksmith and they wanted to charge her $75 to drive 3 blocks to unlock her car. Outrageous!! I called Haidlen Ford and within 5 minutes a nice man named Jose was there to get her in her car for only $35! Way to go Haidlen for treating your hometown with respect. They just earned lifetime customers from my family! With 6 kids, I'm sure we'll need them:)
