On hold for 15 minutes twice today. Still no answer. I guess that's all I have to judge by. This place is horrible... or understaffed. Either way you should find as better pharmacy.

They lost my daughter's test that she needed for work and continue to blame the lab. Lab says that they have my daughter's info (it was sent to them electronically), but never got the physical sample to test with. They said that the store should be able to track the shipment, but according to the pharmacy, they don't keep any records of anything... not patient information, not test results, not even tracking numbers to find missing tests. What a waste of time.

Terrible customer service through drive thru. One lady didn’t want to attend to me so I had to go inside and she still didn’t want to assist me until 10-15 minutes later. This other guy in the drive thru was pretty rude, I’m just trying to get my medicine for my grandparents.

I tried to get a flu shot at this location and I already got email from my health care provider that Walgreens accept my insurance. This Latino lady is very polite and soft spoken but so not helpful she told me she tried to bill my insurance but it won't accept it could be computer error. I asked her if she will contact my insurance and find out why is not accepting the bill? She told me there's number on the card I should call and if she were me she will go to the doctor.I went to the one at Artesia. Another Latino lady straight forward and after I explained to her what happened.She asked for insurance card within 5 minutes she said I got it and I got the flu shot in less than 10 minutes. Why same Walgreens have such different service? not to mention I already got my Prescription at this place for at least 5 years now all of sudden they don't have my email nor phone number to notify me my prescription is ready. This place needs new management to get it right.

This place is a Joke. The people at this pharmacy are rude and like to try and quote the law, which they know nothing about. If you are really needing a real pharmacy then go to CVS down the street. CVS will treat you with respect and will be very nice to you.This place thinks that they are the Nanny Law. I for one will not get anymore of my scripts filled at this place.
