They already profit off the car in an insanely unfair way, but they also wont let you get your sound system out if you have it bolted down, they serve the very people that enslave and make a living off those that cant afford to but their car back. Racist manager, rude staff, straight trash.

Worst place the tow truck can take your car. Lady is really rude bad customer service. She didn't want to take my moms identification card cause it wasn't a California ID SO SHE COULDN'T PAY WITH DEBIT CARD WE DIDNT HAVE CASH ON HAND. So I told her I got California ID I could pay with my card rudely answer no you can't your not the owner. It's just the worst place you want ur car to be in.

On August 7th I was stuck on the side of the 605 freeway at night. I called AAA, and they sent Vernola's towing that arrived in about 15 minutes.RICKY did a GREAT job. I am a disabled senior, and was very pleased. His truck was clean, and he went above and beyond to help me.

Please read the following link about Lisa Vernola selling stolen car to police in 2015: cbsnews.com/sacramento/n…Please avoid this place at all costs. My brother's car was towed here. My parents presented the vehicle registration and they did not turn the car over to us. The woman at the window was rude in person and over phone. She made a stressful situation even more difficult. Their hours over the weekend has a small window, so by the time you find out your car has been towed, their lot will be closed and you will be charged for an additional fee overnight. By the time we got the car back, there were missing items. So beware of this place. They're scamming the general public by making it difficult to retrieve your vehicle with their contrived rules that has no legal basis and they're limited business hours. I don't understand why the police department works with these criminals.

NEVER NEVER NEVER HAVE YOUR CAR TAKEN TO THIS TOW YARD! PLACE IS RAN BY CON ARTISTS1. My wife and children were involved in a serious car accident where they all had to be taken to the hospital. Our vehicle was towed to this location. I was only given A FEW MINUTES to gather whatever belongings I could. 2. On arrival to the tow yard, my wife's wallet was conveniently placed in the front passenger side with MISSING CASH. And all the hidden cash inside my car went missing too.3. In the process of it being sent to the adjustor lot from this place, it arrived without a catalytic converter. Of course it had a cat before the accident!This place should be shut down. The vieja who owns it doesn't seem to care. The manager in charge looks like a fat slimy villain from a lethal weapon movie that also doesn't seem to care. With everything that happened to my family and I, they have the nerve to make things more difficult. I ended up submitting a police report of the missing items. If I had known that my cat was removed sooner, then I would have included that in the police report. SHAME ON YOU VERNOLA QUE NO TIENE VERGUENZA!

They cracked my oil pan from my truck and did not want to pay for it.spoke to the owner who is female and she said sorry that wasn’t us it was probably like that already so in the future don’t call vernola towing company for anything because if they break it you did it not themService: Car towing

I was towed by Vernolas last August when I totaled my car. The police called them, and they did show up promptly but then left me on the side of the road during a heat wave of 105 degrees after blacking out and smashing my face into the steering wheel. They didn't ask or offer to drive me the 4 miles home before taking my car to their lot. I had to walk and made it about a mile before almost passing out at a Carl's Jr.To top it off, when I went to retrieve my personal effects from my car, they sat there with a timer and told me I had 15 minutes to grab everything from my vehicle. They then made me carry everything in my arms to the front of the lot while their employee sat in an air-conditioned van driving alongside me. The accident was bad enough. Their inconsiderate treatment was just insulting. It was one of the worst days I've ever had.
