Claudia was very helpful this morning! I hope I got her name right. From the moment I walked in, she smiled and welcomed me. Claudia assisted me with getting a new card and did more for me than what customer service has done. She answered my questions and explained things to me even if I didn't understand the first time just to clarify. Claudia gave me hope again for US Bank due to the experiences I have been having. She really provides great customer service and I will look for her if I need to go into the branch again. I also noticed that the other teller was very engaged with customers. Thank you!

Honestly wth! 40 minutes a banker with one person! Are you kidding me. 2 people working in the entire bank! Waited for over 1 hour just in line and there was only 4 people I front of me.

Worst banking experience I’ve had ever!!! A line going out the door and only 1 person working the tellers which they have 15 teller windows. They lost money I deposited and I only had this account for 2 weeks. Closing my account today!!!

I went there on Friday oct 21st around 12 and they wouldn't cash my work check that's from them well not from them but that's the bank that my check says that my work uses, told me they use 3rd party system to verify I just took it to a check cashing place they had no problem cashing it I don't know how they did it and not the bank that's on the check, and waited 30 min in line

Only 4 workers but only 2 people's work. Wailing more then 25min. Almost 30 m in. Feel so like universal studios. Some customers just leave Wailing line.I can't believe bank systems.Need to some solution.But very nice workers.

They are really slow. They have 15 windows and usually only one, maybe two tellers. Yesterday there was one and they said their system was down which made it even worse.

Luv my bank and this place used to be so Awesome until they got rid of the OG women. If you can go to the one near the Certitos Mall there much faster.

I have been using US bank for my 3 businesses for many years . I go to several different location because I have businesses in OC and Orange County . I walked into the Norwalk branch yesterday for the first time to deposit some money .The place is really big and open and airy . And there is a thick glass between the customer and the teller . Common sense told me it was ok to not wear a mask . The young man helping me was very polite and began to help me . But I then saw a lady call him over and tell him something . He walked back over and told me to put on a mask . He is wearing a mask on the other side of a thick protective glass shield , and I'm standing in this giant open air lobby . Please explain to me the science, logic and common sense here ? I don't like arguing and I put on the mask that the young gentleman offered me . I actually have a medical exemption due to severe lung issues from the past . Wearing a mask all day is absolutely horrible for my lungs . I wasn't going to sit there and disclose my private medical history to this young man . Seriously what has happened to all common sense and logic, please explain to me your scientific data proving that I was a health danger to anybody in your bank yesterday ? I own three businesses , on in LA county , that are extremely busy, I choose to not enforce or support this tyranny.

US bank at Norwalk is the worst place to do business. Just 2 tellers and the line is crazy. If you are trying to do other type of service other than deposits or withdrawal they ask you to make sn appointment and when they give you and appointment the teller is at lunch and you have to wait for 45 minutes more. The management should look into this matter.

They're always quick, nice, helpful, and efficient...everything you want in a bank. I'm also glad they're so conveniently located.

This place might need a Gofund me page so the can hire more tellers. With about half a hour before closing the line was outside the door and only one teller. The two people sitting on their deks completely oblivious. The bank must think that customers have nothing better to do with their time. Pretty sad to see how they really feel about the customers.....

I feel if we have to stand outside to maintain public distancing. I tarp should be installed to block the sun. The young may not be too affected. But older people like myself could have a hard time with temperatures rising.
