Asian old man very rude omg I need to file a complaint because I saw the reviews and he has multiple people complaining. Also bad service don't answer phone never. Update: so I called headquarters and did my complaint. I received 5 phone calls after that from supervisors and people who are on it already. This person has already sooo many complaints (asian old man infront desk). I took my time because he made me drive from far and got off work early to fix my issue. Please call 1800 post office number and do your complaints. It really works. We need a new front desk person. Thanks

I am only writing this review due to multiple disappointments . The first time that I visited this location the worker was beyond rude and not willing to assist. Today I visited for the second time with 10 minutes prior to closing and the location was already closed and shut down. If business hours are any different than what is stated online they need to edit those hours online. I ran into another person at the location, and she expressed the same disappointment about the worker which is an Asian male. Looking at the reviews and ratings I am not sure how this individual has not been addressed.

Agree with a lot of the previous comments. The asian man is very rude! His not helpful at all. Very bad costumer service by this employee. Will not be coming back here.

I usually don't ever write reviews and never take the time to do so, but this time I will. On 09/21 (today) I walked into the USPS office because it was the closest to me. I had about 10 packages ready with prepaid labels, all I needed was a receipt because i had packages that get lost inside the USPS office or they never shipped them out (to be clear it didn't happened at this office) I waited about 5 min in line. Once I get to the counter, the clerk (afternoon shift, glasses, Asian or Philippine- don't need to mentioned this, but he pissed me off) he told that by City of Norwalk new law he couldn't scan all my packages, that I needed to choose 3. They were my wedding invitations (very important to me) I asked why, if when I go to drop off packages to any other USPS office they always scan my packages. He told me again that I needed to choose 3, or I can just place them on the counter. Mind you all the "drop off packages (about 20) they were still there, NOT in a bin or something. I didn't wanted to argue, because he was by himself and had a long line. But technically he refused me the service. If by the city of Norwalk they don't want clerks to be scanning packages, then they (City of Norwalk) can simply place a self- service machine where we can scan our own packages. This is sooooo unacceptable. I hate it when people in who work in customer service (call center, fast food restaurants) are this mean or rude. Unbelievable. Never going back to this office ever again.

Came to this location in the morning to drop off a package (pre-paid shipping). I waited for a week till tracking isn't moving so I have to go back to this branch. They said they LOST my package, and because I didn't put insurance to it (which I never did ever), they mailed me QUICKLY 100$ check since I sent it priority mail. Thanks, my package was worth 2k. None of these workers helped, i called, made follow ups, asked me to go to the other branch for extra help, but I just spent extra money and gas for nothing. It's very obvious and very easy to profile a package and BREAK THE SYSTEM and just give them senders 100$ for whatever. Such a waste. Lesson learned. Never in this branch ever again. PS: It's supposed be 0 star

The worst! Never answer. And then my Amazon package goes through usps and says it didn't get delivered due to mailbox full.. how would a headboard fit in a mailbox!?? Plz explain idiots! and then saying oh it can be due to gate being closed in front of apt complex too uhh no lobby was open when they tried delivering so that's bs too. You guys are the worst! And you got a fossil working here of course she can't lift a heavy headboard she's like 70!

DO NOT DROP OFF YOUR PACKAGES HERE! or else they will be lost. I dropped off my package a few days ago & 3 days later it hasn't been scanned and there's no movement on the tracking. I don't know what happened to my package.

Dropped off multiple packages at the end of May, and 8 of them NEVER got scanned in and now they are lost at that location!?!?! I was told to leave prepaid packages on the counter and I did that. Have sent out emails and filled out missing mail forms and they have yet to find them 2 months after.
