The drive up is getting worst by the day. I waited for over 10 minutes and watched them go up and down helping others that got there after me. I left empty handed. Won't be back. Terrible customer service.

There was no one to help in electronics department. Saw four guys coming down the aisle maybe going on break or going to do another task because they avoided eye contact with me. It was obvious they wanted to ignore me. I called out to one of the guys and he actually stopped to help and look up stock of an item. I feel like this is standard procedure at Targets to ignore customers because this isn't the only store where this has happened.

Dear Target Customer Service,I am writing this review to inform you of the horrible customer service I received from one employee named Maddie.Maddie was at the cashier. I put all of my groceries on the conveyor belt while she was ringing up another customer. I waited for about 3 minutes and she obviously saw me waiting. Once, she was finished ringing up the customer. She turned to me and said “Oh, I didn’t see you there. I am closed.” She just walked off. I had to put all of my things back into a cart and find another register that was open. This was extremely inconsiderate of her and I noticed she was smiling and busy scrolling on her phone as she left. Please hire better employees target.

Why is everyone so rude here ? I used to come on the regular. From the cashiers, to harassment at technology, the Starbucks workers I swear everyone is so mean here. Not one nice person works here unfortunately.

Why have a phone line if it doesn’t work? I called at least 6 times and it hangs up after any button you choose for the department you’re calling for. This targets far from me and I wanted to see if they had something I lost before driving all the way there but I guess not.

Do not buy target gift cards at this location. I bought a few and they all had a zero balance!!! Target Customer Service is giving me the run around when I have proof of purchase with my receipt. I am frustrated beyond words.

Excellent location for drive up orders. I switched to this target because it carried more items that I wanted to buy. Drive up orders save a lot of time. The target workers that work drive up are amazing and have a positive attitude.

Terrible store they have some poor kid doing cashier with long lines. Trying his best. Forcing customers to use self check out in stead of hiring more people. What happened to quality of service and decent wages.

Today was one of the most frustrating experiences due to the lack of cashiers. I was once told that I could not stand behind the self-service register and I was really upset because if I am going to be my own cashier, that entire register becomes my domain during my transaction. Today, however, I stopped by in the morning, and during self-service, there was a senior citizen who could not figure out how to check out. It was very frustrating because there was no cashier or staff to help her out; I had to help her out myself. I am not being paid by Target, I had to spend my own time/money to help this lady out because of your failure to staff the registers. Anyway, during this transaction, I got a mouse that was wrapped with a security spider. I walked to the self-service register and began my transaction. I started to remove the spider with the magnet provided by Target at the self-checkout. An employee walked to me and took the mouse from my hands and informed me that I was not allowed to take off my own security spider; this is unacceptable. Either the register is self-service or you put a cashier there to run my transaction. I am not a Target employee, therefore, I do not answer to any employee when I am doing my own self-checkout. If you don't want people to stand inside the register, block it off. If you don't want people to remove their security spider, remove the magnet. Either you have a fully self-service register for me to use where you avoid paying a person to run the transaction or you put a person there to run the transaction, pay them a livable wage, and give them full benefits. Please reconsider the self-service registers. Either allow me to run my transaction as if I am an employee of Target or staff your registers so I don't have to help strangers or get into arguments with employees who stand around doing nothing instead of getting on a register. I am tired of spending 30 minutes in line waiting to give you my money.
