The short amount of time I was there it felt like they weren't really trying to help. Staff was kind of rude and would constantly look over and giggle. Not the best experience.

After repeatedly calling customer service and other T-Mobile stores, we finally ended up going into this Norwalk T-Mobile and Brian Maldonado was the one that helped in the store. We were having issues with our billing and difficulty returning our new phones we purchased. We explained all our concerns and issues and Brain not only took the time to listen, but he went above and beyond helping us. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He called customer service on our behalf and made sure to assist us with all our concerns and issues. It's really too bad that more reps, customer service and upper management are not more like him. Brian should teach a class on how to deal with irate/unhappy customers. He never once lost his cool with us and was very professional during his encounter with us. We can honestly say that our experience with HIM was great and would recommend him 100%!Jesse & Sandra

Nothing too special about it. They try to sell you an expensive phone. They have different prices and plans just get what works best for you.

Horrible! Ive be been a customer for over 10+ years and I definitely don't recommend this location! Workers are definitely inexperienced, and the manager is lazy! He sits there on his phone and does nothing to help with customer complaints or problems, instead he sends his works to try to explain everything. I went 3x in the past week and ALL 3x he didn't come help me until I spoke up and said I'd rather talk to the manger and when he did come help, he acted annoyed, made No eye contact with me. Posted with a review is a phone I took while they all sat on their phones.

Bryan was able to get my relative added to my plan w great perks. He was helpful, patient and simply made the switch quick. I love thins t mobile location. You will too.

Horrible customer service. Maybe 5 employees sitting never acknowledged me and walked pass me with no interaction. I walked out and went to another Tmobile store in norwalk. If an employee doesnt want to provide a service and work then stay home. Avoid this store and go elsewhere.

Had the worst customer experience ever by getting literally yelled at by Vanessa in front of 15 other random customers!Where has customer service gone?Spoke to manager an I hope this will never happen to anyone else.I won't be returning.
