Had the worst customer experience ever by getting literally yelled at by Vanessa in front of 15 other random customers!Where has customer service gone?Spoke to manager an I hope this will never happen to anyone else.I won't be returning.

While standing in line waiting for the young lady on staff, I figured out on my phone how to change some information regarding my account. So I answered my own question basically. Thanks anyways T-MOBILE staff.
