Love this place! There’s so many different machines to choose from, even if it’s busy you’ll find something to do. The restrooms are coed and are always clean. Everyone seems to take care of everything. The staff is beyond nice

Although I don’t go anymore because of a knee injury (not anything to do with being at SUF), I loved the spirit of the instructor (David) who pushed us to be our best; the various exercises challenged ourselves to want to do better, get stronger, and be healthier; it was pure hell at the same time a pleasure if that makes sense. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to lose fat, gain muscle; get healthy; have fun and make friends.

I love this place. I can see myself getting more toned. If you want torture, you’ve come to the right place...even when you’re going at the best pace you can, it’s a workout. Nothing like the other gym I have membership. Weights with pulleys and the treadmill are fine, but the real deals are what shapes and tones you. I learned that first hand. Thank you David!!!! (He’s the trainer at Norwalk).
