Absolutely no effort what's so ever to assist the clients. No product knowledge and very vague answers to every question. If you already know what your coming to buy them I guess it's good but they have no idea what they are selling.

Horrible service, did not want to do a price match for the internet price of 5$ which it states in the website that they will price match with the internet price. The employee Zain did not even try to do anything about it and said that the owner gave him instructions to never price match.

Horrible service..will not price match with their own internet price which on the website it says they have to price match the internet price..they seemed to not care and even if it was a. 5$ difference it was okay for them..horrible place and will never go there again.

Tried returning a collagen bottle I bought online first the guy told me you can’t return it without the receipt even though I had my online proof. Once I found my physical receipt I went back and the same guy told me oh we don’t accept returns here when the receipt clearly states you can return at the store!!!!! He called his manager and told him how I looked why does that matter!!!! He said we’re not like the other GNC ??♀️ Didn’t take my return!!!!NEVER coming here again!!!!

I was just in and I went in to buy Multivitamins because I seen online that they carry them so I went into this location to purchase them. I did notice his prices were a lot higher then online . The vitaminsvitamins were $10 more than the price on the GNC website . I just thought the franchise would have same pricing All the way across in the company.. if I could give 0 stars I would just don't think that's taking care of your customers.. so if you can order ahead of time online do so
