It's not my fault that I have mental and physical issues, both are life-threatening. My previous psychiatrist, Alan Tuckman M.D., a forensic psychiatrist as well (sadly retired, but he totally deserved it) had me on the perfect combination of medications to prevent me from having the severe panic attacks I often get. I also have depression, anxiety (of course), and PTSD. I am on disability because of all of that. I also have an autistic son I have to take care of 24/7. My plate is full to overflowing. My mom recently passed away and I had a nervous breakdown. I don't know why Jim Nguyen, the pharmacy manager, or "owner" dislikes me so greatly. CVS was left in my chart at the clinic where I saw Dr Tuckman, as well as Rite Aid. If CVS pharmacy didn't have the medication I needed, he would call Rite Aid (who are great, by the way.) Jim gave me such a hard time on the phone that he had me in tears, telling me I was using multiple pharmacies to pick up narcotics! (I was not.) I hope he feels really good about himself! Must make him feel like a big man, that he made a lady cry! (who often cries daily, many people can attest to this.) After this is all finished, when I pick up all my pharmacies at CVS, I am switching all the prescriptions to Rite Aid, and I will never step foot in his CVS again. The other pharmacists at this CVS, Edward, Janet, and Sushmi are the best ones there, Edward even went outside to the car to give me my shingles shot. Now I have a fractured tailbone, sciatica, and am now waiting for pain management. My advice to you is: use another CVS, because if you say one thing to Jim to set him off, you will be caught in his crosshairs forever!

I came in today for some medications because I've been feeling unwell lately. I did not expect to come to this pharmacy to be treated rudely and unjustly. I've been feeling unwell for a week and the last thing I need is this kind of treatment. The pharmacist I dealt with was an Asian man (didn't get his name) who was the root of all the rudeness in their department. I agree with other posts.. Do not come here!

The pharmacy staff are horrible ! Seriously they need to do something. The whole pharmacy needs ALL new employees. There is not excuse for their rudeness and lack of professionalism.

If I could give this pharmacist 0 starts I would. They are rude, no customer service at all. She just cuts you off and doesn't even listen to what your saying. Never would I return here.

Horrible service at the pharmacy, rude to no end, but a bit of compassion for people that seeks advice from them, the lack of customer service is intolerable, I will not ever go back to fill any prescriptions again, I will have to drive several miles but it is better than putting up with their attitude. I am so surprise that the company does not do something about it, the many bad reviews left about their behavior, but the buck stops here, will not go back.

Extremely rude service by the pharmacy staff over the phone. I've tolerated this long enough for convenience but I'm over it. Lacking empathy, patience and service.

This CVS finally fixed the sign and cleaned the alley. Both of which looked terrible. Great job.

Great customer service both in store and in pharmacy. Super efficient and fast! I had a prescription sent to the other CVS location on Rosecrans and they were terrible and rude and it was such a hassle to pick up the prescription there. I had my next prescription sent to this location, and they called me right away to let me know it was ready. Pick up was easy and fast, and the woman at the pharmacy was very friendly and fast.

The service and employees inside are fine. But the exterior looks terrible. For 2 years now the outside CVS sign has been smashed buy an accident. The neon lights don't all light up making it more of an eyesore. And the alley behind usually has lots of garbage on the floor.

I called to see if this CVS RX had my RX in stock, but Pharmacist said, they would have to order my RX to fill it. CVS in Target is a real good RX that I will wait to see how long until they receive my RX. So far it has been two days since my RX hasn't come in.

WORST PHARMACY. I waited over 30 minutes to get the ointment that I needed. Actually, wait, I didn't even get the ointment yet, I have to GO BACK when they text me. But they didn't tell me that until after thirty minutes of waiting. But I was waiting there, in clear view! They helped three other customers that came after me, and I told them that I had to leave. What is so hard about being clear with customers and making sure their taken care of, IN ORDER OF ARRIVAL?!
