This laundromat is called splash and I definitely will be coming back...the owner is such a sweet man he helps his customers in many ways his customer service is excellent he makes you feel welcomed very generous this is my new favorite laundromat now definitely recommend this place. I will forever wash here now thank you for your excellent service ?????

To use a 4 load washer and get a extra rinse and spin it costs $5.50. I thought that is a little expensive. But the worst was drying my clothes. I used a large washer and it wasn't even very full. After paying $2.50 + .50 which gave me 30 + 10 = 40 minutes my clothes were still damp. I spoke to the attendant and complained. He asked what temperature did I have the dryer on? When I replied high he just walked away. Needless to say I see a new laundromat in my future. Good bye! "SPLASH COIN LAUNDRY"

I've been coming here for years and never had a issue. Good job. The laundromat is always clean with the helpful attendant always near. The machines are always updated and if you forget your soap they have great prices for the emergency.

This lady right here will harass you as soon as you step foot in the laundromat! Out of everyone in the laundromat she approached me as I went to go get change for my clothes and rudely told me are you washing here and I told her yes and she says the quarters are for only here but I just kept going to to change box .. Then she stayed behind me watching wat I was doing then she will follow you outside to just stare at you .. mind you I have my kids in the car . She started freaking out my daughter cause she kept staring and she was watching me while I was changing my sons diaper .. that ticked me off so I went inside and I told her you know what you make costumers feel uncomfortable I'm not washing here no more .. she chased me outside and as I was leaving she flipped me off in front of my kids .. I went back in and confronted her asked for her manager and she didn't want to give me the number .. my husband then went and confronted her moments later where she said I didn't have clothes . And I started it ... don't come here especially in the night or with her ... she's very rude . Aggressive.. don't care if you have kids. No customer service skills what so ever. A liar and makes this place look very bad.

I love this place. I use to hate going to wash clothes. My washer broke and I went there. It's always clean and they have plenty of baskets...and their machines always work..

Good and clean laundry mat but I used the apple Pay option and the price listed was at $2.50 but my bank statement was a $5.00 fee so I don't recommend the apple Pay feature here

Went there at 10 because online it says they close 11, lady opens the door and yells it's closed and straight shuts the door and locks it. Didn't hear her good so I tried asking what she said but she ignored me. It is what it is I guess but no need to be rude. Went to sparkling clean laundromat before there and the guy there at least asked us if we needed anything and told us it was closed.

A lot of machines to use and it cleaner since they updated them. Only down side is your card won't work on their reader for some reason.

We lost our Laundromat in a fire Fiesta Laundry So my daughter went searching for a decent Laundry. This facility isn't perfect but its a mom and pop owner. Some of the machines are down but its still has good washers. The place is fairly clean. The worker who works weekends is there from open till around 11 and doesn't return till around 6:30 or 7pm. Not sure if he's full time but spend most his time in the back and cleans minorly I don't mind coming here its nice

Laundry Mat is very clean, Staff is friendly,Owner is there daily great costumer service from him as well. Owner has in many ocasiones set the TV for my children to watch Netflix and some snacks. Washers and dryer's are New as of this year ! Another sweet convince is they recently added Apple Pay to every washer and Dryer, No more having to go the bank after forgetting to pull cash! Everything is so convenient here there are snacks,cold drinks.

Unfortunately, the owner failed to address the rudeness and tone of his worker. I am an government worker and when you come in contact with the public at anytime, the first impression will always be the last one. Maybe you need to provide Lewis more customer service training on handling questions from the public. If your business were so great in that area, you would have more than a 3 star rating on yelp. We got to do better.

Very clean the owner is a very nice man, always gives chips to the kids. The place has been remodeled and has all new machine. 8 load washers and dryers also 5 load dryer, also 1/2/4 washers. Touch screen with multiple language on all machines. The attendant there has soaps, bleach, dryer sheets, laundry bags, and more for sell. Good prices for the area and good accommodations. Parking lot needs work but it is a shared lots so parking it is okay. they do need a better, more permanent ramp that goes from the parking lot to the entrance but im sure that's going coming. The new owner has put in a lot of work over months and it is a great place, he's fixes so much, from floor to ceiling. Even though i only had the pleasure of meeting him once and i am proud of him, and of all the hard work he has done in this laundry mat that helps the community.
