Best customer service in town. Brought in a used battery from 4/2019 still under warranty. Leaking acid. Customer technician replaced battery with no questions asked. Very happy customer and highly recommend buying your car or truck batteries here at Costco with membership.

Parking can be a challenge on weekends BUT this is usually not an issue if you are okay with walking a little more and parking close to the gas station.This Costco is pretty large and we never have issues with finding the things we need. They are very busy always but most, if not all, cashiers are open and they move fairly quickly.

Make it simple as possible. You and your family will get lost because of the good stuff they sell. You will get hypnotized to buy that throw blanket and that hot dog. the pizza will calm your kids are crying. Free samples will get you fat. You have been warned. Husband's! Your wife will steal your wallet.Wives! Your husband will most likely buy that massage chair you said no to. Enjoy your shopping!

I just love coming because I know that at the end of the trip, I can treat myself to a hot dog combo for the classic price of $1.50 plus tax. Still the best thing that hasn't changed.

Dont come to this location if you have a service animal. They refused my son's service dog entry and were very rude towards us at the entrance. They began questioning why my son needs his service animal and refused to let him in either way. They forced us to leave him in the car, mind you it was very hot that day. Manager was brought it and was as rude as the employee. Completely unacceptable.

I had an uncomfortable experience here and I come to this costco often. I was doing instacart and it was the apps fault. The card was not working. Lupe the cashier was very rude. Rolling her eyes at the girl helping her and acting like it was my fault. She had to redo the order by scanning everything again and again she was so bothered. This is her job. She called a supervisor over named Ashley. I dont remember the last time I saw someone do their job with so much caring and patience. Ashley stuck around to help me and was honestly so relaxed and friendly telling me not to worry. I was allready frustrated from the instacart issue that lupe the cashier did not have to add to it with her attitude but she did. Ashley took over my issue which she didn't have to. All she had to say was call customer service. But she didn't. She took my fone and did it herself. While people were waiting in line that I was holding up she instructed lupe and the other girl to help other customers.She did this with the most calm manner and continued to help me which put me at ease as well as no complaints from the other customers waiting. She deserves to be recognized for her excellent customer service. And there's a reason why she is a supervisor. And yes I spoke brief to her manager because deserves to be recognized for her excellent work. Thank you Ashley for your caring manner and professionalism.

So tired of this place, was stopped for the first time with my service animal that has all its credentials & was being told what kind of services it provides. I just said for medical, I was fine with that but when a employee ask what kind & then another employee chimes in that they need more info because no pets are allowed. I told them to scan the federal picture ID badge that the animal is wearing & that's all the info they need. Mind you I'm on a mobility scooter with the dog sitting on a pad at the base of it & not riding in the food basket. They need better tack & training . Real bad when I can go all over this country with my service animal & Costco was making more noise then the FAA. Check the credentials is fine but don't make us feel like criminals & ask questions that make us feel uncomfortable.

Called to check for tires they said that they have them. When I got their do not have them . I did not let him know I called got price for 4 tires . just need one . was going to buy 4 . but. got their said that they had none the sale personal tried have me to go another Costco with a bad rear tire airleaks . never again

Extremely busy and has been this way for the past 14 years or so I can remember. They have not made any updates to parking nor the structure. Getting parking will be a battle with the other 50 or so cars roaming the lots with you. Once inside, the aisles of people are so packed it will take you considerable effort to walk past the hordes of clueless people stopping in the middle of the path as they hold discussions with 5 of the other family members they brought along. The checkout is fast though and it's Costco so it's always good prices. Beware though, this place runs out of essentials fairly quickly such as paper towels and toilet paper, water, etc if you come past noon on a weekend.

A trip to Costco is always an exercise in self control. They have so much great stuff that you just want to fill your entire cart. The store is clean, organized so well laid out.

This place was absolute chaos when I arrived. Warehouse not a clean as the other one in Inglewood. The parking lot was packed and confusing. Full of drivers holding the flow of traffic, in anticipation of getting a parking spot from people who are potentially leaving. They're were also no air purifiers on site.
