Made an appointment that wasn't honored. Tried calling to make another and was hung up on multiple times.

I had an appointment, which was tough to get. I had a difficult time getting my car to the tire center because the entire parking lot in front of the tire center was ripped up and traffic was jammed in the few remaining aisles and I had to drive around behind Costco to get to the tire center. Tires and air sensors are now very expensive. They did the job as expected with not a single speck of dirt or grease left behind. The down side was that it took 2.5 hours with an appointment, and they don't have a comfortable place to wait.

I love Costco. I can't say enough great things. I called because I desperately needed a new set of tires. They had a full set in stock for my car and said they could even squeeze me in for a same day appointment within the hour. The price was comparable to other quotes I received but Costco guarantees their tires for a certain number of miles or they will prorate and give you a portion toward your next set. They also do all tire rotations included. That alone is worth it!!

Slowest costco tire center I've been! 1 person working on their concierge. I hope they added more people to cater all their customers.

Brought my car in for new tires. Couple weeks later I decide to have my struts done. Shop shows me my key. Costco was the only other place to touch my tires. I pay the extra to ha e the locks removed. I went back and spoke to the tech on-site. I politely asked to speak to the manager. She let me know he was gone for the day, showed her my key and explained O was not looking for reimbursement. But I would like to let the manager know so he can use this as a training opportunity with his techs. She apologized and gave me his name, took my number and said he would call me. I thanked her, 1 week later and no call. This is the second time this happens at this same shop. Buyer be weary. I wouldn't have anything installed here.

After a short drive and waiting not to long in a few person line. I was told I couldn't buy food at the food court without a membership. That's bs when was this a new rule. I've always eaten at most Costco food courts without a membership. That was really disappointing. Only car to this location cause my grandfather took me and my brother here for the first time to get Costco dogs.

I never thought of giving this Costco a bad review. It only takes one rotten apple to spoil the rest. As I am driving home from work today around 5pm, May 2nd, I decided to stop by for a bottle of wine, which who am I fooling?? Going in for one item and coming out with like 15-20plus in your cart. No problem, i work hard and can buy what I wish most of the time. It really got to me that the male cashier helping me gave me such a rude attitude that after 15yrs of coming to this Costco everyone seems to be normal and nice until today. I paid over $400 on this run just to walk away upset wanting to cancel my membership. Well after paying my bill I asked the cashier if he had a spare box for my items, he looked down the floor by his side and around the store with a rude reply saying "yes help yourself, there's some here and over there" ...... I can read people because I am a salesperson and the tone and body language he gave me was rude and despicable, it really is unusual because it takes one second to be nice and courteous like most other employees to say the least. Someone please teach this male cashier how to treat customers.

Horrible customer service. The cashiers instead of approaching politely, they start bickering.

My car ended up with a nail and this tire repair in Norwalk was the only one with availability. I just looked at the tire repair what a joke .. seriously the sloppiest work I have ever seen . They made the whole puncture even bigger than it was and it's the most chaotic looking patch I have ever seen or have had done to a tire.

Ruben at the front desk was super fast and even with a line he flew through everyone quickly. I'm very happy having come to Costco for my battery.

They do the best they can as they are always busy from what I heard. Since i'm a Costco member I took advantage of ordering my tires online to be sent to the shop. There was a deal that included installation with $110 off so I paid about $690 for 4 BF Goodrich tires. Once I ordered they email you and follow up with a phone call when your tires have arrived to their shop. They recommend you to make an appointment online, but I was able to schedule one over the phone. I dropped of my car on the day of my appointment and the installation took about 1.5 hours. It's only been one day since river had my tires it so far they're a smooth ride. Also, this is not something the service techs told me and I'm Not sure If it's true but I heard Costco uses nitrogen to fill the tires. They replaced my air caps with bright green ones so maybe it's for caution. I'm going to follow up with them about this. For the value I definitely suggest getting your tires from Costco.

I've been visiting this Costco for years! It's always crowded, staff is usually hiding from you, but it's the bearest location. So here we are. Last week I visited during my lunch period to purchase some goods and I couldn't help but observe some racial discrimination by the cashier Mari (possibly Mary). The couple in front of me had their card on their mobile device, but the young lady forgot her purse at home so her partner was going to pay. They had alcohol beverages in their cart (important detail for the rest of the story). The cashier rudely and loudly told them since he had the ID he would have to purchase the alcohol and ONLY the alcohol since the membership card was on HER mobile device. The cashier rudely told them she would have to pay for the rest of the groceries and he could not purchase the groceries. The couple politely followed her lead, paid for the alcohol, and clearly explained they would also pay for their groceries. The couple politely said that was fine, and that they'd pay for the groceries separately. So cashier proceeds to charge the alcohol. Then again, rudely and practically yelling asks them if they're taking the groceries afterall. Again, the couple had already told her. Tunnel vision much? So the couple proceeds to again tell the cashier they're purchasing the groceries. And the cahsier seemed to not want to sell them anything. First she said he couldn't purchase it since she showed her card via phone. Then she says wait.. are you taking it or not? Then she just lets him purchase it with his method of payment. All that back and forth was unnecessary and really came off as a form countertransferance on her part. Looked like for "whatever" reason she didn't like nor want to help them. Appeared like she just wanted to give them a hard time. Guess what color the couple was? Costco needs to be cautious with the type of people it hires. I understand there are policies but this was contradictory, confusing, and unnecessary. I can't tell you how many times my partner and I have made purchases in this situation without issue at this Costco and even with this cashier before. Get it together, Norwalk.
