Used to shop Costco grocery dept and the whole store didn't have shoe/ athletes foot odors, but 3/25/24 i was at this location to run a few errands, it was Monday noontime, already crowded and parking lot very full, went to member service counter and a shopper with a cart loaded water bottles and other heavy duty pack stuffs smelled terrible athletes foot shoe odors!!!!! Didn't even want to go inside to shop laundry cleaning items, the gas station no better but air hovering smelly shoe odors!!! Can't believe LA county Costcos are now nightmares to shop in store!! Was it caused by smelly electricity wires everywhere?? Noticed my home recently whenever using electricity, indoor air would smell terrible shoe odors!!! But heaters/ heating devices/ sunlights are still the best method to rid body's shoe odors!!!

The employee Manuel P was being extremely racist and rude. He threw my items as he was scanning them and then was giving me attitude. As I walked away he called me a "stupid beaner" and he laughed with this other coworker. Unprofessional!!!! Costco do better when you hire people!!!!

Ordered a hot dog at the food court. They didn't even open the bun to put the hotdog in, they just threw it all in the bag. Wasn't even during a rush. I had a good laugh. Someone wants to go home

We came here to pick up a handful of items on the way to a friend's house. Sunday. 12:30pm. Busier than hell. We were able to get a pretty good parking spot near the tire center. The entrance and store was crowded and of course it's always disorienting to go to a new store and not know where the produce section is (at the rear of the store on the right hand side). We were able to find everything we needed and used self-checkout. There was a nice worker there directing traffic.

Originally I wasn't going to leave a review because I didn't want to make a big deal about it, yet a week later & this interaction still bugs me. This Costco is very well organized, seems like they are always in stocked which is wonderful, I would leave a 5 star but the customer service is what brought it down. Now my husband & I just got a Costco membership together only 3 months ago & this time was our 3rd trip to Costco, we were checking out when a gentleman named john or Jonny or something along those lines had grabbed our muffins & said if wanted to go grab another case & we had said no unaware of why he asked. Then after declining he simply said "well okay I'm not selling you these." My husband & I first thought he was joking because it was so out of pocket that he would say that in his manner of tone he had. We realized he wasn't joking when he continued to scan our items & we were left confused why this man wouldn't sell us the muffins. It wasn't until this other gentleman came & asked us if we wanted him to go grab another case for us & we politely declined & that's when he explained that we needed to buy two in order to get the muffins. There was probably a sign for it & I might of mistakenly looked past it as I had no idea that was a thing. My issue here is the guy checking us out could have simply explained "hey you sure you don't want to grab another I'm only allowed to sell them if you grab two." Instead he chose to say it "I'm not selling them to you" without any explanation. Where's the customer service at ? Now visibly looking uncomfortable he then comes really close to our faces when we just paid & said in a uncomfortable manner that because I showed him my card & my husband paid that "in friendly advice we can't do that" we understand that this is a rule even though both our names are in the membership but there was no reason for this man to come very close to our faces & say it the way he did. This interaction left me so uncomfortable that I no longer have any interest in returning.

Went to have my tires replaced at Costco tire service. I understand the parking being atrocious, especially on a Sunday. I had an appointment and was told my service would be completed in 1-2hours. When I came back I was handed my key and had to search for my car. I got home, maybe 10mins from Costco and I looked at my tires. There was a waxy residue on all 4 of my rims. I spent 30mins wiping most of it off of my matte black rims with a dry rag. Definitely not how I left my car. Please clean up the work before returning it to the customer.

In the quest to save money, Costco is making changes; however, those changes could impact the customers' health, and they do not seem to care. The food at the food court is not covered anymore with Aluminum foil paper. They say the customer can request it; however, that is not public, so the customers do not know they can ask for it. The problem is how the consumers move the food to their tables and the potential "health" hazard created in the process. The concern is that they are making these types of changes and cutting corners in the front-end that could "impact our health", what other corners would they be cutting in the back end that can "affect the customers health", and we are unaware of?

They need to do a better job at storing their shopping carts. I went the other day with my mom who is disabled and parked here. Fortunately, my mom she is not wheelchair bound and was able to get out before I completely parked. I can only imagine what a family with a wheelchair bound individual would have to go through in this situation. Imagine a family that needed the van accessibility? You might ask yourself..well what about the other side? The other side is a parking stall. Do better Norwalk Costco.

The parking is absolutely horrendous, they supposedly added more parking but it feels even WORSE. Aside from that, I love this place, I'm in and out quickly and I love the selection of items.

I really can't say bad things about Costco. The location is huge and shares its parking lot with local businesses (Jamba Juice, Red Robin, etc). The store is always well stocked with items and theirs usually a staff member walking the floor. The overall layout of the store is the same with other locations. The food court is outside with a self-checkout kiosk for ordering food. For whole-size pizza, the wait time is approximately 1+ Hrs so try to order ahead. Ample amount of seating by the food court and side of the building. The staff at the front and exit do check to see if you're a cardholder. By checking out theirs 2 Rows (4 kiosks) for self-check out closer to the Pharmacy side. Most of the time theirs a staff member verifying the cardholder's ID Before you can start ringing up our items.

The self check out worker rarely help with scanning unlike other Costco stores. They are usually standing there watching.

This old lady was scanning our items for us at self check out. Like what's the point of self check out if she's gonna do it for us???? She was very mean to us (we are asian) and I saw her talking to other customers who were Mexicans and she was very nice to them. She acted like we were gonna steal!!! Old lady love her job too much. Never go to this Costco!!!! She was racist, I didn't get her name because she wasn't wearing her name tag. She was old and has glasses on.

I always go shop there this time I was upset at the cashier she was so rude , bossy and not helpful at all. It's was like if we should be thankful to shop there , there was a senior man in front of me who wanted some vitamins that were on sale , she was rude to him. There was a couple behind and they asked what's the hold up she said I'm waiting on something but you can start putting your stuff up there. He said no you are going to scan them , she said I'm not doing that. Then she rang me up my daughter paid with her card when I didn't want her to pay so I took the last two items and paid myself. That was after she paid for everything I had . She called the supervisor and told her I can't do that while I was asking her so are you going to let me pay or not? Because I didn't want to hold up the line. I worked retail for 23 years and my check said thanks to your customers this was possible ( meaning my paycheck)

The giggly lady was useless at self check out. I got to self check out it was empty. I started to scan my items. She came over and scanned two items. I asked her if she could scan the rest. She started giggling and said oh no I can't do that then I had to scan every individual item, take it out of the cart, put it onto the table. I felt that since she was just standing there, she could've scanned everything in a matter of seconds. I digress Costco needs to put scanner guns on each of the self checkout lanes. Everything else at Costco is still great. The parking situation at the Norwack location is insane.

It's a Costco, it's packed and there is no parking. I went to the tire center today with an appointment at 11 and got out by 12. They said It would take a maximum of 2 hours. The girl who helped me was nice and the nonappointment line was long so I would recommend making an appointment if you can. Plenty of outdoor space to sit down. Minus a star because a lady forgot her card at self-checkout and the worker I gave it to just threw it away. Kinda rude.
