This place is awful it's says they are open till 5 but you go there at 4 and they are closed. And you call the 1 800 numbre and you can't get no help I don't know why people still continue to bank with this back oh and they are also closed on Saturday

I recently moved to Norwalk about 2 years ago, the time leaving here I have visited this location twice. I had to make a large check deposit due to a car accident. I clearly ask the teller to please deposit that check in my husband and I savings account. Once I get home I clearly see the receipt and it's been deposit to a different account that I did not request. Called customer service and absolutely no help.!!! Comon Norwalk branch #00800 listen to the request of your customer's. You're here to serve usI simply ask for that request for a reason. Now I have to wait 1 entire week for a mistake that I did not commit to. Let's get it together guys! Thank you for time.

Need to double check what they input for the deposited amount. We all make mistake but an apology if given makes one recognized the mistake to correct it.

I've been with them for 4 yrs and recently I had bank fraud had to close my account and reopen a new one. Since I've opened the new account it's been a nightmare! My payroll checks have holds on them. One of the tellers told me I had to let them place the check on hold so their system can recognize it and clear it. So I did and the 2 day hold was a 5 day hold. Next pay period I go to cash my paycheck and told I can have a portion of it and the remainder broken up into 4 days! WTF!! Then She suggested I go to another branch because their manager isn't in to override it. So now I don't have access to my funds because your manager has a day off!! Wasted my lunch hour and time! This branch is slow! This branch SUCKS!!!!

Beware of ATM machine, have had at least 4 instances of it being out of order, especially on the weekends.

I love Citibank. I've been with them and have been coming to this branch for years. But lately, the wait has been horrible. The last 4 times, I have had to leave because there will be only 1 teller/window open. Plus the more recent tellers are not friendly or customer-oriented. Am now going elsewhere.

Great service and location, but the hours are awkward. Wish it would be open at least an hour before or after work. People usually work from 8 to 5, so why open 10 to 5? Why not be open to 6-8, 11-1 and 5-7? Make yourself available if you plan to be of service to your customers, but I guess that makes too much sense! ðŸ˜

Horrible the teller manny not really as attitude but thinks he knows it all. This person needs customer service training. I've never had that problem at Cerritos I should have gone there.
