I’m very disappointed with how they treated out of country clients. They rejected my third party insurance and charged me triple the amount I have paid for. The contract stated 100 miles /day free. I was charged for my mileage of 492 miles for the 7 days I rented the van. My total balance after I have returned the car was doubled the amount Expedia quoted me. I thought I got a good deal but in the end I was scammed. I don’t recommend this location. Expedia should be checking on these deceiving deals.?

I am very disappointed by their handling my concern with their company. I rented a van from Aug 5 to 6 from 12 pm to 12 pm. On Aug 6, sometime before 11 a.m., they took the van with a spare key from where I parked it a block away and rented it to someone. I had a Raybon glasses in the van. The van was not due until 12 pm. I am claiming for the loss of my glasses, at least an hour, and pain and agony. I parked it a couple of blocks away so that I don't pay for mileage. They only gave me 100 miles. If I took it home the night before and drove back I would have paid a lot extra. I disputed the credit card payment but they denied to cover my loss.

Oh wow! This place was amazing! The front desk lady was very helpful and very knowledgeable. I needed to rent a car for a quick trip (my regular car is old and I didn't trust it to make a long trip I had planned). She made renting my first car a breeze! I thought it was going to be super stressful, but she made it very simple and guided me through the steps. Her name was Maria and if I ever rent again, I'll be sure to come back to this location! Plus they had free candies too

I apologize, but who rents a car for just 100 miles a day? And to endure the manager and representative aggressively pushing their insurance, claiming they don't want to bother with your own insurance--truly distasteful. The ultimate frustration was the constant reminders to leave a positive review. Phil, here's my personal review of your independent business: strive for improvement.

No stars. Left review and was contacted by Phil. Who is Phil's boss??? I am an elementary school teacher returning to the classroom after three years, I live in Bellflower and a commute to Sylmar. I'm in the market for a car as Quoted over phone, bait and switch. 2 day rental to get to my new job EMERGENCY RENTAL $300The rental car has all the technology I could dream of. Unfortunately, there was not any instructions or manual!Was treated extremely rudely in office. A worker there LITERALLY mad dogged me. I welcome anyone to contact me to make this right

The worst experiences I've ever had with customer service. I rented a one way truck to move out of state - which was guaranteed- I arrived to no truck. I proceeded to rent another which also was not available- I was suppose to move cross state ! Wtf! When I finally connected to the general manager to discuss why guarantees are only just that when follow thru happens - she gave me the best advice to date ; take my business elsewhere. Thank you miss general manager- because of you I discovered a much better company , PENSKE!

Reserved vehicle at least 2 weeks in advance. Representative asked me to call the following week to make sure my vehicle was still reserved. Representative said they had 3 vehicles available. Even after confirming twice like she asked me to, I get a call 2 days before my trip to let me know my vehicle wasn’t available any longer. This was a 12 passenger vehicle, therefore relying on this rental for family trip . Nevertheless she wouldn’t take a down payment or commit to rental. Unreliable rental business; we went to Enterprise instead.

I'm sorry but this place is full of BS. We had a rental scheduled. Showed up and they told us they CANCELED IT. Without notifying us. No email, NOTHING. And they had zero cars to rent out to begin with. Don't bother with renting from here. Employees and manager was rude and very uncooperative considering it was their fault.*Heading to Hertz to give them our business instead.

Fellow yelpers I have nothing but good things to say about this place this is my 3rd car a have bought from budget and I have to say the service here has been outstanding they make you feel comfortable and no pressure in getting a car and I did not come 3 times because I had problems NO I came because of the way they treated me and my family.I had never had any problems with the cars I have brought here I only came back so we can upgrade to a different vehicle. The guys here really go out of they way to make sure you are satisfied. And if I ever need to rent a car or truck this is the place I would go too.5 stars to all the managers and staff my family and I thank you for the great service and for making us a part of the budget family!!

We recently rented a vehicle for the family and were extremely satisfied with the vehicle. The customer service was amazing. We were serviced by Jay and Janelle who are extremely helpful. Jay went out of his way to figure out what was going on with the Bluetooth of the vehicle. Very great experience can't wait for the next rental experience with them.
