Got my car today !!!! Didn’t lower on my price but Corey and David were super nice and helpful with everything ! I had a lovely surprise of getting a red carpet and big red bow on it with a picture post card saying thank you ! Easy and fast and no pressure !!!

I felt highly valued in my visit. Phil did everything he could to make the deal happen and I was treated very well and got a great deal. His associate was great, too. He helped with test driving of the car and answered questions.

Absolutely terrible. Reserved a car on there website. When we arrived, we were told we couldn’t have our vehicle and then they said they don’t rent to out of state drivers.

After renting cars from there a few times, I decided to finally purchase one. I went to the Sales Team with what I was looking for and my trade in vehicle outside. I was literally on my way home within one hour in a 2020 Toyota! There was no trickery or going back and forth.I was nervous purchasing a new car worrying about my trade-in and the DMV process but Phil and Caesar made the process seem-less. I highly recommend checking out Budget Car Sales. Their vehicles are in great shape and they work with you on both rental and sales! Highly recommend!

The worst customer service I’ve seen in my life, we booked through Priceline and went to pickup the car, They literally kicked us out and said, We Don’t Have Cars For Rent??!!! No phone call to save me the long trip, just terrible, not recommended, please avoid.

Customer service was horrible!! I waited about 40 minutes along with other customers while the office workers completely ignored us. Beware: this is a franchised location, independently operated and way below expectations for other Budget rental locations.
