“Claudia was very helpful this morning! I hope I got her name right. From the moment I walked in, she smiled and welcomed me. Claudia assisted me with getting a new card and did more for me than what customer service has done. She answered my questions and explained things to me even if I didn't understand the first time just to clarify. Claudia gave me hope again for US Bank due to the experiences I have been having. “Citibank is my new favorite bank. Let me tell you why. I strongly urge all of you to be more aware of your checking accounts. Many major banking institutions have legal policies that allow them to REORDER your transactions; so that even if you have purchased something with enough funds to cover it at the time, if that particular business takes more than a day or two to post it; the funds will reverse back to you; & then draw out randomly at some point in the future, thus potentially causing an overdraft. This is downright absurd, & something Citibank does not seem to participate in! This location in particular is very well-lit; safe. I do not believe there are indoor ATM's available after business hours ; so be prepared to use the exterior walk-up ones , in the evenings. There is also no receipts or other miscellaneous trash thrown about; like you will find in other areas. The staff here do take a great deal of pride in their work, for certain. This bank also does not seem to tolerate any form of solicitation on or near the premises; thus my general feeling of safety , even while coming after hours. I love my bank!”

“Great service and location, but the hours are awkward. Wish it would be open at least an hour before or after work. People usually work from 8 to 5, so why open 10 to 5? Why not be open to 6-8, 11-1 and 5-7? Make yourself available if you plan to be of service to your customers, but I guess that makes too much sense! 😔
