Bought an advanced cut product from animal but came across the gnc amp ripped for men so decided to go with that instead. Went in the next day to get a refund but could only get store credit even though it was unopened and had receipt. I used a Wells Fargo platinum debit card and have the receipt showing that via text. They said since it’s a 3rd party vendor that’s their policy but didn’t disclose that upon purchase. Now I’m stuck with a coupon since they don’t have much a selection and nothing I would want to purchase. Just make sure anything you do purchase you plan to use otherwise a return may not be an option due to them struggling with sales.

After a long time I joined the gym and had my very 1st hit workout the next day, I wanted to prepare myself with supplements to take to help with muscle recovery. Abraham was super resourceful and patient. As I was explaining what I need and why I need it, he was actively listening, did not interrupt, and provided me the recommendations! He was not pushy, I felt he was being super genuine and not driven by numbers or sales. A year ago I posted how customer friendly this business is, I’m incredibly happy and eased to know it has not changed. Massive props to Abraham and remaining members. Also, Shawn kudos to you, as an owner you continue to demonstrate your passion, integrity, and professionalism resulting with being such a great/trusting resource to the community. Each one of you have a positive impact to us all. Cheers to you all!

Employee very welcoming and informative about protein powders . Would definitely recommend . Also had a complimentary body scan to check fat percentage . Was very interesting .

Worst place to shop , specially the manager gave an attitude , lost me as customer which I shop over 3 years . Price which I get always discount as repeat customer but she end up Chareun’s full price and lie time that I never get discount!

I just recently started working out and trying to get back in shape after recovery from my surgery last year. My friend told me about measuring for the muscle etc and helped me find this location that offers the free measuring. I went in, Abraham was the one helping me. I also been trying to eat with more protein and had a lot of questions, he was super helpful and patient to answer a lot of stuff. He recommended products according to what I might need but not in a pushy way which is great. I did buy what I feel would be helpful for my overall plan, and the price is actually the same as what I would've find online so this is great too.I also got some samples for the protein shake and that's nice so I'm not committing to something that could taste funky, but the mocha shake actually taste pretty good with that extra caffeine so I went back to get a big tub of it the week after and that's now part of my protein shake collection :)Would definitely recommend nutrishop to ppl.

went there for my first ever body scan and to buy supplements. best customer service ever and informative employee. Abraham was knowledgeable with the scan and recommendations on how to work on certain areas. not to mention he’s fine asf…and super nice.

I recently moved in the neighborhood a couple years ago. Luckily there is a NutriShop a couple miles away from where I live. The store is neat and organized like all NutriShops. The staff is friendly, professional and informative about the products they carry. My ONLY complain about NutriShop Northridge location is, that they NEVER/RARELY have any special holiday discounts or deals. On Memorial Day I had called to inquire any deals, NADA. Nutrishop in Glendora had a Memorial Day sale going, so I went to that location (luckily I was in the neighborhood.) With that said, I hope management considers more deals, just like all their other locations.
