Called-in about renewing my policy and had a few questions as well. I spoke to Ruth, and the moment she answered I felt completely comfortable. She was so kind and patient with me, and we even shared a few laughs. I was having a terrible day and was truthfully dreading the phone call, given the fact that I had a million questions. I was received with nothing but grace! I have officially recommended her to all my friends/family, when they complain about their insurance! Allstate is lucky to have her. Thank you Ruth :)

My experience with Allstate has been amazing from the beginning ! Ruth and everyone at the Hrant Hovakimyan agency are very welcoming and always prompt with their assistance. Glad I switched from AAA.

I submitted the claim 4 months in April 2021 (it is now August 2021) ago and my car is STILL in the auto body shop. I have been paying for a rental car for 3 months due to the lack of communication between Allstate and the auto body shop. There were duplicate claims submitted and canceled and I believe that’s what delayed the process of my car getting finished.Therefor I am out of pocket $3,700+ for the rental because I need transportation. It is NOT MY JOB to do Allstate’s job and work with the auto body shop. I am paying insurance FOR A REASON. I am the consumer.

I got a flat tire at work so I called my roadside assistant, I gave the lady the address of where I was and where my car needed to be towed. She said that wasn't a problem and I was covered for it. Almost an hour later I get a call from a man saying he called 25 places and no one wants to come get my car and take it to the shop. The only 1 place willing was over my coverage and I would have to pay out of pocket!! You would think the insurance company would have a contract with a certain towing company for their customers, because refusing service is a problem and I shouldn't be paying for problems. I tried calling my agent several times and after 4 days I still haven't recieved a call back. I've also had good experiences with them but I feel like in my time of need it just didn't pay off this time.

Went in and spoke with Lindsey Duarte she was very friendly and knowledgeable on what she was doing. She pointed out the gaps in my current insurance. I will be sending more friends and Family over to her. That commercial was right I did feel like I was in good hands. Thank you for your help all your hard work doesn't go unnoticed.

After multiple insurance agents/companies, Our family chose Allstate. The Hovakimyan team has made our life's much easier. They are always ready to help with any of our questions we have around the clock. They have given us not only a better price for our insurance policy but also have taken away the problems weve had with those other small companies. Oh and I really like how professional they are! Thank you team !

Hrant and his team were easy to work with, reviewed all my options, and were great with communication. Made the decision easy to go with Allstate even after being with Mercury for over 25 years. Would highly recommend you (and already have).
