I don't like going shopping at COSTCO, or as I call it, "the $500 store". That being said, this my favorite of the bunch. I got the $1.50 hotdog and soda while my wife shopped. It is famously the best est bargain in the place.

I am a Costco fan and try to buy everything from Costco. The only thing I found in this location is the lack of a management team. Compare with other locations like Woodland Hills, this place is not organised well.

Nightmare level of service and communication. What started on 6/25 is still not resolved on 7/20. Stay away from this LENNOX / COSTCO Installer!
They blatantly lied about how long a warranty claim takes to be issued by LENNOX. Per Rowland Air LENNOX takes 3-4 weeks to process the warranty claim and then they will send the parts needed.
False. I called LENNOX after a very long waiting period after Rowland Air did not get back to me.
Per LENNOX it takes 2-3 day and I processed my own warranty claim because Rowland air didn't even get it started. This is after waiting on Rowland Air for over two weeks to do what I did in 30min over the phone.
But wait theres more...
This morning I received a call from Rowland Air at 10:30 asking if I would be around to have the unit repaired at 11:30-12. I changed my plans so that I could be home during this time.
They called and cancelled the appointment thirty minutes later. They however said they have a spot open to have the unit repaired the next day on 7/20 at 8am. I accepted that appointment and they sent me a confirmation.
I got a call at 6pm saying they have to cancel the appointment for the second time.
Rowland Air has been pulling my chain, putting blame on LENNOX on not processing the warranty claim and cancelling appointments on me.
What started on 6/25 is still not resolved on 7/20. I've tried reaching out to them multiple times.
If I would have known this is the level of customer service I would have gotten I would never have made the purchase through Costco for this LENNOX unit.

Costco is simply the best. No complain whatsoever and if I ever had one, I would brought it up to a manager and I’m 100% certain they would accommodate me. Grown up Adults talk to each others, share concerns and get their issues solved. That’s what Costco is known for. They go above and beyond and they will always do. Thank you Costco.
