They don’t pay the staff enough to be courteous and attentive to its patients. The phone appointment system is horrible. Although some doctors and nurses are very polite and helpful. I’ve had good and bad experiences

It’s difficult to contact any department over-the-phone. The staff needs to do better in aiding patient needs over-the-phone as much as in-office patients. Expedited services need to be prioritized with more effort and effectiveness. In-office visits are recommended if you need immediate contact.
