This is an online Reverb shop. They have incredible items, but I could not find a single one that was available for purchase. There was no point in going in person. The guy in the shop was completely unhelpful and paid us no attention. I thought they would at least know something about what they had, but did not. Very disappointing visit. I was ready to spend $$$$

They do the right thing if something goes unexpectedly wrong!After buying a vintage keyboard on their Reverb page, I was saddened to see that the jolting of shipping damaged some internal components even after being double-boxed. I called them and it was recommended that I post my findings and pictures on Reverb. Shortly after, the owner responded and continued to be very responsive over the next 1 1/2 months. I could tell he was heartbroken, too, and not just from what it could cost him from a business sense. As finding quality parts and skilled technicians to make repairs on 40-50 year-old instruments isn’t easy, he was very patient in allowing me to explore my repair options, even stating that he’d give me a full refund should I decide to return the keyboard. At one point, he even paid to ship a portion of the keyboard to a technician for diagnosis and recommendations. In the end, I decided not to ship the whole unit for repair (due to the risk of further damage) and proposed that I would perform the repairs if he would cover the costs of the parts that I selected. He agreed and promptly issued a refund to cover my purchases.I would buy again from Techno Empire without reservation! Their 100% Satisfaction Guarantee is legit!

The owner told me he wanted to trade a few microphones for a Gates Level Devil compressor I had. Fully restored. When it came time to do the trade he demanded I send him my item first, then he will inspect it and send my stuff if he likes it. I simply said well why dont I just send you videos of the thing in action and in perfect working order. I said it'll be fully insured and video evidence to prove it's working. Once I said that they relisted their stuff online and ignored my emails. VERY fishy acting. IF these guys were legit they would be super down to get proof and evidence of the working gear, but instead they strung me along for weeks and I stopped trying to sell my limiter because of this trade. ITs clear they wanted to get my item and then hold both items as they prob try to re negotiate or play some kind of games. Beware of sending your stuff to them. It will most likely waist a lot of your time, if not totally screw you around. They wont even reply at all after I told them id send them proof of its working. He wanted to keep bringing up the fact it prob be damaged in shipping and in that case they can renegotiate the deal. What a CROCK!

I Just placed an order with them online, and have been on the phone with them multiple times about getting back a guitar pedal I sold in hard times, that had significant sentimental value to me. Sleven on the phone, was so very helpful and kind through my pathetic whining and incessant pestering - he's made my day, my week at least.He was kind to me through the process and even offered to cover part of the shipping for me if it came out to be more than anticipated. Very grateful for their service and kind touch.

I tried twice to make a purchase online and both times the transaction failed due to an unforeseen and unexplained error. I sent two emails and tried calling but was never contacted from the store. The product I wanted to purchase went back into stock both times without so much as an explanation or any attempt made to contact me. If this is how they do business than I have no interest in giving them my money. I will be going elsewhere. Thank you.

My message is display my email and email messagesfrom ebay that we exchanged and let the public see them before you open your pathetic mouth.
