I literally just got my car back and it looks amazing! There’s a reason this place has 5 stars. I expected my fix to be a lot more expensive but I was quoted a fair price and my car was even done a day earlier than I was originally told. Getting your car fixed can be a stressful experience but from the great customer service to great work, that was incredibly easy and stress free!

There's a reason this shop has 5 star reviews all around... Took my car in after some tragedy happened and they made my car look fresh off the lot! They were so accommodating and so professional I can't recommend these guys enough. They spoke with the insurance company and the car rental company, I really just dropped my car off, let a few days go by and it's as if nothing bad ever happened to my car. Thanks!

My truck was involved in a car accident and they made it look brand new. Couldn’t recommend a better team and body shop. The front desk helped me even though they were on lunch and had my truck within a week or two. Great experience. 5 stars!! Thank you so much!

I never write reviews, but I was compelled to because of the exemplary service I received from Tom and Kathrin at North Hollywood Auto Body.One day I found my car scratched up and dented in the front and with a broken grill. Someone backed into my car and didn't even leave a note. I went around town to get a couple of estimates. Everyone was trying to upsell me on parts, different parts, mind you, from each place. They were trying to convince me that I needed to replace my whole bumper or the BMW logo, etc. But then I pulled up to North Hollywood Auto Body. Tom assessed my vehicle and gave me an estimate on the spot. He said he could fix the scratch and dent without buying any new parts. I didn't mention any of my previous estimates when I saw Tom; I could tell he was honest. He saved me over a $1,000 from the next closest estimate. He was ready to work on my car the following Monday, and it was ready in three quick days, a day earlier than promised. My car looks great! You can't even tell anything happened.North Hollywood Auto Body is a family-owned business. Tom and Kathrin truly treated me as they would want to be treated: with honesty, respect, and great customer service. I hope I don't ever have to get my car fixed again, but if I do, I'll only be going to them from now on.

NoHo Auto Body saved me $2000!!! Super friendly and generous service. The dealership said I needed a whole new bumper, but these guys were able to pop the dent and secure it back in place in 10 minutes. I’ll be back for all my future car needs!!

I brought my car in to get my license plate fixed (the screws were rusted in and I couldn't remove them). Tom and his colleague immediately inspected the issue and fixed my license plate. I offered to pay him and he refused, saying it was an easy job. Tom, you made my day and I can't thank you enough for helping me so quickly and painlessly. Their service is outstanding!! Highly highly recommended. I got an estimate from two other places and they gave me the best price here. Not only the price, but also Tom's impression was very nice, so it was no brained for me to go with them. When I dropped off my car, Tom told me that they can probably finish in two days instead of 3-4 days like other places, and they did!! I went to pick up my car and found out that they fixed other old scratches as well. They washed my car and made it look like a brand new car! I was so sad about the accident when I dropped off my car, but they made me so happy!! Amazing service! Thank you so much!!

Best experience!!!! I went to North Hollywood auto body shop because of the great reviews and the staff did not disappoint. Katherine called insurance for me and got me in my rental same day. They communicate so well! They listened to what I wanted for my vehicle and they went above and beyond!!! Got my car back the exact date they had promised. Give them a try you will be grateful you did!!
