In and out in 20 minutes. Super nice people, gave us space and didn't instantly try to make a sale. Reasonably priced. Super nice guys. Never had a better appliance buying experience than this one.

Generally speaking they are fair on their prices, but they will nickle and dime you to death on install and delivery. Their installers are thieves! I have never had to pay to have the swing of the door changed on a refrigerator, with Feder's, $50! Put the hose on for the gas stove $35.00. Get this... $120 to install the microwave + $135 to put the 18" vent pipe that I can do on my own for less that $10.00 This is not how this business was run when the father owned, too bad! BYE BYE!!!!

We've been clients of Feders for many years and have spent hundreds of thousands over the years with them. As we have acquired more properties our requirement for quick turnaround and detailed info on our orders has increased. Unfortunately, the salesman we have been working with for years does not follow through or respond in a timely manner so I contacted the owners son who took over for his father. I explained the situation to him in detail: I want to continue working with them but need to work with a salesman who is responsive, thorough and detailed. Rather than work with me, he basically told me that they cannot meet our needs and sent me a f**k you response. This is what happens when you hand your business to your son who doesn't understand the importance of customer retention or satisfaction.

We purchased a Refrigerator on Wednesday to be delivered today. We called earlier today and I got hunged up on a couple of times. After a while finally someone answered and I asked for a time for my delivery. I was told 12-3 P.M its now 6 P.M and no Refrigerator. I called and found out that today the office closes at 2 P.M . No courtesy call that we were not getting our refrigerator today. This really sucks. We have had no refrigerator and have been using a Ice chest . I'm more upset no call was given to us that the delivery crew was not gonna make it. Very unprofessional.

I have had some of the best customer service working with Feder's. Sam D. to be specific. Sam has been fantastic helping me navigate through pricing, spacing and everything in between to help me with purchasing appliances for my apartment building. Sam has been patient and so helpful educating me on something I admittedly don't know much about. I trust Sam and Feder's to give me fair and honest pricing with great quality appliances. Their prices beat Home Depot by a long shot and the service is all around exemplary. I will always be loyal to them for taking great care of me. I feel so fortunate to have found them. They sell packages and individual pieces of all the top name brands, LG, Electrolux, Fridgidaire, whirlpool, and so many more! Delivery is quick, easy and most of communicative. Definitely give them a try when shopping for appliances! You can't go wrong.

This is such a great find. They have most of the main appliances that they have at Lowe's and Home Depot but with better customer service and availability. I am so glad to have found this place. Sam and staff are great!

Excellent service! My story is that I made a deal with my landlord that if I bought an AC unit for my bedroom, which is roasting-hot in the summer, they would pay for installation. The catch is that I have really old windows and can only have a through-the-wall unit (aka wallfit), and those things are expensive--more expensive than the window unit I had hoped to buy. I explained my situation to Sam at Feder's Outlet, and he worked with me on a price I could manage. I am SO GRATEFUL. Thank you, Sam!
