Did not buy new tires here but from what I could tell their pricing was extremely fair. The customers visiting while my tires were being mounted/balanced were mostly returning customers;always a sign that they are not in it just to make a quick buck but actually care about their work and long term relationship with their clients. “Huge huge respect for these honest mechanics. I came in pretty last minute (hour and a half before closing) with an issue with a guard dragging against my front right wheel. Person on the phone was extremely kind and honest about the issue, and said he could make time to remove if if that was within my best interest but I’d probably have to eventually replace it. I respected that honesty a ton, and appreciated that he’d make time for me so last minute. I came in and very quickly was helped with the issue despite having other cars on the lot, and with the quick service and especially in this hot valley heat I offered compensation because I respect them working in this hot sun in an open garage. He told me to not worry about it and just come back in the future if further issues come up. HUGE RESPECT. HUGE APPRECIATION. I really valued that and was surprised he didn’t take compensation despite me offering it. I had to shout them out, they’re my new go to for auto work, if you’re in the valley YOU GOT TO GO TO AUTOWRIGHT. Big respect, big appreciation, thank you.”

The service was genuinely appreciative and courteous, which is a nice change from so many places that treat you like you are bothering them when you try to give them your business. Best of all, the brakes are perfect now. It was a little farther away from the general auto repair places near my house but I figured I should get my brakes fixed at a place that actually specializes in brakes. “I had very lightly rashed a chrome Lexani rim on my Porsche, and sent it out to Mr. Chrome, aka Greens OK Tire after exchanging a few emails with Ron. He explained in detail the process and the cost of each step. Nobody else I emailed went into such detail, and so I went with these guys, and boy, am I glad I did! They made the rim perfect again at a very reasonable cost. And talk about fast! I had the rim back in less than a month, even though I live all the way on the other side of the country. The renewed wheel was very well packed and protected too. They kept me informed the whole time. A VERY positive experience! These guys know what they are doing and don't overcharge. “Yesterday morning I went to start my car and...nothing except a "click" when I turned the key. Called AAA, they showed up in no time. I've had the car a month as of today (with 0 problems up til then)...as I normally take my vehicle to an out of town mechanic, I ddn't have that ease of an option as I had to be at work later that afternoon. So the technician called Fred at Superior Automotive, who immediately gave me a quote (needed a new starter) and was direct and honest. AAA is AWESOME and I've never had anything but amazing service from them, so I trusted the guy's judgment on a mechanic even though I'd just met him. I didn't have much choice unless I wanted to have my car towed to my normal mechanic, 20 some miles away and there was no guarantee they'd been able to get it fixed on the same day. He had the part in stock, gave me a discount for paying cash, and was able to get the part installed quickly - which enabled me to be able to get to work on time! He also noticed I had a coolant leak and topped it off at NO EXTRA CHARGE, and said to drive it a week and then bring it back to see where the coolant was going. Fred also has a firm handshake, great sense of humor and my bs radar (as I'm from small town Indiana) picked up nothing on him. I hugely value great customer service as it is becoming increasingly rare these days, you generally get shit service and pay more for it because you just have to deal with it to get things done (it seems that way anyway in a lot of cases). Fred automatically has my repeat business for whenever I need to have anything done locally to my car from now on and he will be getting referrals from me. “I was driving in the rain and all the sudden, the tire low pressure signal showed on the dashboard. It was 6pm on Sunday and it was so hard to find anything open. Luckily, I called Mobile Tire Anytime Hollywood and Marvin picked up and said he opened till 7pm. I was only a few mins away from his location. When I got there, he checked all my tires and told me all tires pressure were good and then he used a device and found out one of the tires pressure sensors is not working properly. Very reasonable price and got it fixed. Would highly recommend this business since Marvin is a very trustworthy man with very sincere manner.”

“These guys are awesome! I found out I had a crack in my wheel after thinking I only had a leak in the tire. I looked up where I could get this repaired and found Custom Wheel Refinishing. I spoke to Joe there and he really helped walk me through the process. Thankfully I went on a slower day for them and they were able to get me out of there within 1 hour with a repaired wheel. They also found bends in the rim which they fixed for no additional charge. Overall, they did a great job with this project and I am looking forward to bringing all 4 wheels to them in the future to have them cleaned up from the curb rash that have been put on them over the years.”
