Waited for a glass fuel ball for my tractor, which has been out of service. Part arrived today.some genius at Arko thought packaging glass in a plastic bag would work. I didn't! My glass fuel ball is smashed and I paid $4.00 for the part and around $12.00 for smashing.... I mean shipping! Put it in a BOX with PADDING for God's sake!

I have bought parts from this company multiple times on amazon. Always a problem. Their packaging is poor. Water pumps always have the gasket underneath them in the box and a Beat to death. Customer service is non-existent. Can't figure out how they're even in business. When I have communicated online it seems to be with a 14-year-old.

Ordered a $301.31 part on the 1st and was supposed to have received it by the 9th but it was delayed and then when I received the notification that it had been delivered I immediatly looked for it but no package. No note or message or missed call asking for more information on my location. Nothing, i checked with all my neighbors and even walked around the empty house across the street, nothing. FedEx couldn't help me because it is the shipper's responsibility to file a lost package claim. When i contacted Arko Tractor Parts i was told that i would hear something by the end of the day but nope. I called many many times the next day but no answer and the voicemail box is incorrect so there is no way to contact them. The only reason we ordered from this company was because it said made in America but i will not order anything else from this company. I can't believe how immature and unprofessional they are. If I could give -5 stars that would still be to much. I'm out $301.31 and they can't answer a phone call.

I got pump for my tractor in July and it was leaking when I got it and they will not pickup the phone so I can return it. I have $560.00 on the line with not return. GetMo farms says I wouldn't use them again.

bought a v2203 Kubota rebuild kit from them. the new piston rings did not fit the supplied pistons. after messaging them they said they would send the correct rings which did not happen, now they will not respond to my messages, I have 400$ worth of parts I can't use. no wonder why they don't provide a working phone number

I've Called about a Tractor Part that I Ordered and it Went Out in op Days but the Phone Number has a Recording that Number is Out Of Service. They don't Respond to Chat Messing on their Site but Someone is There because They Took My Money and Now I Can't Speak with Anyone About the Faulty Part.

Ordered a set of 19 inch mower blades from Akrothrough Amazon. Akro sent 21 inch blades that do not fit. Akro’s response was send them back. No offer to make it right until after I gave 1 star review. Even thenthey never offered to pay for return freight and came across as what do I really need. Like it was on me for ordering the wrong blades. The blades they sent don’t look like the blades they advertised. Customer service , respect, and decency are non existent here

Very poor customer service! Master cylinder will not return to cause brakes to operate! Rubber inside deterating and cracked. Very dangerous situation. Do not deal with this company! Wish was possible to give no stars!As I explained to customer service...Part was ordered in June but just installed....so i guess rubber went bad setting in box???
