BEWARE, GO TO ANY OTHER STORE!The employees are not trained in transactions.Worst of all they will discriminate and treat you like a crimnal any if you drive in a nice car and have money. Horrible treatment when there are 2 other 7-11 stores in the same area. They are not even well stocked like the other ones in the area. I would drive a few more blocks, rather than give my business to them. They are not worthy of having good paying customers.

The older couple who work there are the worst people around. They'll try to rip you off for the smallest things and very rude. There's another 7-11 3 blocks north. Go there

I stopped by this 7Eleven and I was surprise this 7Eleven was completely clean. I loved it!!! I even told the guy that was mopping "great job, thank you " definitely coming back here.

I love 711, great prices on everything. Open 24/7. This location is the best though, because of Thirteen! He is the best worker there. So personal, helpful, and we have the coolest conversations. There's several locations I could go to, but I choose this one just to see him and catch up.

Not my normal 7-11 just stopped while passing through and I would avoid going here. They violate CA law by doing bait and switch on prices and fees. You can't be charged fees at the register that are not publicly posted or told before purchase. In this case coffee and a charge for the cup. Prices always rang up higher than on shelf. Alerted to corporate & la county weights and measures the violations this franchise is doing. I hate it when companies try and bait and switch consumers it doesn't matter how big or small it is the principle of it all.

The most inconvenient convenience store in the area. Hands down the worst 7-eleven that I've ever been to in North Hollywood. The most inconsistent night/overnight staff I have ever encountered.

I'm going to make this brief. Its a 7 Eleven. Expect no more and no less but that's not the problem. I would however very much like to know WHY there is a gentleman in the cold room who is likely stocking the fridges isn't wearing ANY face coverage AT ALL. Zero. Not even a half baked attempt at a mask. Nothing. I've seen this 3 times at this location but today when I saw this guy just walking around the general sales floor still wearing nothing on his face? I would suggest avoiding this store. Especially the bottled/canned drink section. But if you have to go there PLEASE make sure to sanitize your bottles and cans appropriately.
