First time guest come in. They told me I had 25% off. They gave me my bill I paid and then they told me I can't do 25% off because it was a stipulation. Nobody told me that it's the only reason why I'm here. Highly don't recommend

I got treated rudely and they gave me a hard time going in and then the guy threw my stuff on the floor after I had paid for it . It came out of the bag and went everywhere . He didn't even apologize so I was just treated badly by the security guard and the staff. I've been in this place 20 times and have spent all over a thousand dollars. The beef was over the old guy not understanding me when I told him my number. I showed him my ID! He started giving me a hard time saying "why you not know your number?" I told him I thought he didn't hear me right and that I would write it down. I said look don't you recognize me I come in here all the time. He says I recognize you and I have your ID but I need your number. So I told him just look up my name and you'll see my number and everything right there. I got inside and the guy asked me how I was doing and I told him I was doing fine but the guy gave me a really hard time coming in. I was hoping that he would say well I'm sorry that happened I know you come in here a lot. But he didn't. I'm a senior and i conduct myself well but I can say that I have had it with bad service and I've heard a lot of really shady things about this place. There's a lot of dangerous people that go in and out and I can tell you that because I live right around the corner! My wife is afraid to go in there and now they're being rude to me. I'm a biker and I'm not used to being treated that way. But then I'm an American too. Maybe they just don't like that.

I came to this dispensary for the first time yesterday on a recommendation from a friend. The employee was helpful, however, the female manager was a tad rude. She was more interested in getting answers from the employee about a work related question than letting him finish up with me. I had to ask after check out if there were any freebies (not that I expect anything but getting a little something something on a first time visit is usually given) or perhaps that's not protocol any longer. He had to ask her what he could give me and she instructed him what to give and how to do it. The whole scene was a bit weird though I got what I needed with a nice gift. On the fence about returning to this place.

Great atmosphere. Quick easy and helpful. The lady that helped me immediately knew what I needed and wanted and helped me on my way. Definitely will come back.

I came across this place on instagram and went in the store and it exceeded my expectations! Such great customer service from everyone helping me out , from the instant I walked in , and they even showed me some body lotions and oil with CBD , which I have been searching for. I left with a bunch of free goodies and a great first impression , Highly recommend them!
