I have been a witness for such an awful service at this store ( 8661 Sepulveda Blvd North Hills CA 91343) in several instances by the person who goes by Karen. I buy at this convenient store because it's close to my work and so I get my drink and go. But there's been a few instances and way to many for the manager at the store not to do anything about this attitude, lack of customer service by Karen which wears no name tag but I hear people that call her name while at the counter. I was standing in Line at the cashier when I overheard Karen tell a customer to go elsewhere and to not come back simply because the customer brought it to her attention, that there's incomplete food condiments. Either, there's no mayo for the hotdogs or something is always lack of either they have one thing and not the other. So she told the customer, "there's another 7-11 down the street if you don't like it, you should start going there!' Well, I could not believe what I heard. The customer asked for her name and she denied stating it, He asked for the store number and she mumbled something as her facial expression only turned to be aggressive and incooperative. I used to see the customer go there everyday and he used to pay for the meals of all his 5 workers. I don't see him come to the store anymore. Well a day after the incident, as the customer walked in with his employees into the store, Karen loudly stated to him, " I thought you were going to go the other store and not come here anymore!" "Why are you here!" I witnessed the customer walk back out and never seen him or his crew again. Now, should we receive this type of service by the "Manager"? Is this a way to treat clients? I've been in line at this store as she makes rude racial statements about people, about the homeless and african americans. I don't know where her manager is becaused several people and I want to talk to the manager and there's an obvious issue here, that store manager is not looking into this employee closely or she's agreeing with the poor customer treatment. To clarify, other employees have a wonderful welcoming attitude except for Karen and you can see that with her demeanor.

Worse 7-11 ever third day I've gone there to get cheese pizza and again they say they have none they keep saying they only have pepperoni there too lazy and horrible they don't want customers to get what they want and location is terrible.

I wanted to buy 3 lottery tickets and the cashier wanted to be abusive and tried to charge me $35 for three tickets when in reality the cost she has always paid is $5 dollars

You're better off driving to the 7-11s at Northridge instead of going to this ghetto dump. Who the HELL charges 2 dollars for cheese and chili? The 7-11 up the street at Van Nuys near /PACOIMA/ is way better than this place. Jesus Christ. Why they haven't closed this place down is amazing.

This place is scam. And I know this because my family owns a few 711. I walked in to grab a charger for my rental car and went back to the car to see if they work. I noticed I only needed the cord and not the plug. I walked right back inside to return in, mind you 711 always tells you to keep the receipt for charges. I've returned about 5 in my life to 711. To not refund me when I NEVER left the lot is ridiculous and I will be taking this up with corporate. The girl called the manager and never relayed to her the correct story. There's no reason why I shouldn't get a refund when I NEVER left 711. Even a lady inside said that's a lie and that she always returns chargers if they don't work. I understand if I left, but I NEVER left.. this isn't the end of this because that is just unheard of.

Where to start, not only is this store dirty the cashier is dirtier (someone posted a picture of her nasty a$$. Her attitude, demeanor to the tone of her voice is nasty. She tried to get crazy but she picked the right one. The other female cashier seems to be afraid of her corny a$$. I don't understand, if you don't like people why do you work where you have to deal with them?

The worst 7 Eleven in the Valley, rude customer service & if you don't speak Spanish they will not serve you and insult you for not speaking Spanish. If I could give them -5 stars I would.

I purchased a large iced coffee. The guy was acting very odd and following me around the store so I made the mistake of paying for it before filling my cup, in hopes that he would quit harassing me. I was not so lucky, however, as the employee interrupted me while I was trying to make it. He would not allow me to add any creamer or sugar and insisted that I fill my cup with ice. Needless to say I tossed the cup of watered down coffee as soon as I walked out the door. Waste of two bucks or whatever that cup of garbage cost!
