Yelisey is an outstanding electrician at LUXE Electrical. I had done business wit him multiple times and his quality of work and prices beat everyone in town. However, he has recently encountered a challenging situation with a client who commissioned work on their vehicle but failed to fulfill their payment obligation. Despite providing exceptional electrical service, Yelisey faced the unjust consequence of receiving three detrimental 3-star reviews on the same day. It is evident that these reviews were left in bad faith by the non-paying client in an attempt to tarnish Yelisey's reputation and business. It's disheartening to witness such dishonest behavior aimed at hardworking professionals like Yelisey. Yelisey prides himself on delivering top-notch service to all his clients, and it's unfortunate when we encounter individuals who refuse to honor their commitments.

We found this place by accident and needed a service to remove security errors. We discussed the cost in advance, after the work was done, the amount was announced exactly twice as high, when asked where this amount came from and why you didn’t discuss it with us right away, they simply sent us, in response to our attempts to calmly discuss the situation, the man Elisha yelled loudly and sent us, with us I was a child and saw all the man’s hysteria, so I will move on with my complaint against him.

Scheduled numerous appointments to diagnose my car, all they did was say they’re busy, and will call me and put me on their list. So 2 weeks later didn’t get any response so I came in to the shop and they said we don’t have my info, so let’s reschedule and wrote my name on a dirty, crumbled up piece of paper with other customer info. Months later I’m still waiting for their call. Avoid this business at all costs.

Best electricians in town. Found problems that dealers can’t even find nor fix due to lack of knowledge. Good customer service and very impressive on their multitasking skills. Fixing multiple cars at once and answer questions to customer all at once.Services: Electrical repair

Took my chrysler to dealership and told me I needed wiring harness repair, came here and not only got the best customer service and quick turnaround but it cost me only half what the dealer wanted! Good people and a great shop. Highly recommend!Service: Electrical repair

This shop regularly fixes issues every other shop in Sacramento scratches their head over. They are regularly busy for a reason. If you want your electrical problem solved, come see them in person rather than calling.

In my opinion he is the most knowledgeable auto electrician in Sacramento with fair pricing. I asked about 5 auto electricians to find the problem that I had in my 2003 Acura TL. He was the only one who was able to solve my problem.

Best problem solving guy in town never said I can’t fixed never went there and left no happy one day I was driving my 2013 bmw 650 around the country and in Missouri state I turned off and it won’t turn back on I called him 12 midnight he answered my call and guide me to hot wire the car and started on the street I would never forget that day you are a life saver bro I appreciate your job and honesty keep it up with my best wishes

EXPERT knowledge aside they are also very cool regardless of how popular and in demand they are. You do have to wait at times but they try their best to accommodate you and it is worth the wait!
