Oleg is the kindest and most knowledgeable auto tech I've ever met. He was so helpful with my a/c Freon issue and I can't say enough about how prompt and efficient he was. I HIGHLY recommend Protech!!!! If I could give him 10 stars, I would!!!

I just assumed this was a cost-effective place for my auto body shop to get my tires aligned, but it turns out that Yelp loves this shop! I saw a 2021 Congratulations certificate from Yelp. My tires were aligned in April 2023. However, in October 2023, my tire store said my front tires were wearing down faster, and I noticed my car wasn't driving straight. I called ProTech to ask if the work was still under warranty. Turns out tires can get misaligned within a week, so there is no guarantee. However, Protech said to come in and let them have a look. $60 for a tire alignment if it ended up being necessary. I thought that was very reasonably priced. The technician drove the car up and down the driveway, but he couldn't detect anything. He hooked my car up to the tire alignment machine to generate a printout that showed my tires were still within acceptable alignment range. He also switched the front left and right tires with each other, but the car still drifts (I will need new tires soon). Normally, it would cost $20 to check the tire alignment numbers, but he kindly didn't charge me. What generous service to ensure customer happiness and satisfaction.

One of the best companies I ever dealt with, I take all my vehicles to this company never had a problem with any of my vehicles after these guys take care of it, good customer service and I never had them rip me off because I know quite a bit about the vehicles, if you go here you will not regret it and you will be satisfied.

I've taken 2 of my cars there so far alignments. Nazar is awesome. He does a great job and goes above and beyond to explain any problems and the solution to fix them. I've used another place for the same car and it had the same problems at that point and they didn't say anything about it. Result was premature tire wear. Nazar went out of his way to solve the issues I was having. Also, they are very fairly priced. I will be back with all my cars and will recommend this place for sure.

Came in multiple times this year for alignment and for an issue with one of wheels shaking. They figured out that the axle shaft was bent and I needed to get a new one. This particular axle wasn't easy to find. Took several weeks to bring it, and eventually just bought a new one from Toyota but they were patient to hold the truck and installed everything perfectly. Legit professional clean shop with great workers. Oleg and Nazar thanks guys.

We Bought an SUV and had this shop do front suspension work and they also installed Ironman 3" lift kit on our GX470. They Did a great job for reasonable price.

Very professional and on time with reservations. The only remark is that after I did my alignment I got a little bit of vibration when I go over 80mph and they said I should redo my balance. I hope they're right.

I came to have my 97 528i checked out because it was harder to steer than im used to. He explained to me that its sports tuned and its supposed to be like that. He could've lied to me to get money out of my but he didn't and I appreciate that. I know when I need to get work done on my car, I'm going to them. Thamks.
