Don't go in for test drive you really wont be test driving it. Even though I reserved a test drive specific on the website we didn't even get on it and turn the car on. Kinda disappointed as they would rush over to the desk faster after hearing "I'm just looking for now". The information they had on the car was good though.

Lady that check is in was nice. All we wanted was a test drive. That was it . I told the boy I didn't want to go through all the BS we knew what we are doing just need to finalize the test drive . . Made me angry and mom upset so we left .
The worst thing is for a place like this is .... If they don't listen to you what makes you think they will be there when you need them to make a purchase. ... So we are taking our business somewhere else . To a dealership that listen to our needs not the person aka sales guy . You know going through all your reviews seems like you honestly don't care about any of your customers. Because of the problems have been solved I'm sure they would return and say something . We I called your number and yes COMPLETE ? BULLSHIT you guys arguing with me the whole time . Your company deserves to be shut down !!

Brian of Norco Carmax was very patient and helpful in our process. My mom just turned 80 years old and needed to sell her car. Brian was very helpful in describing the process and through every step.

Got quote on line. Went in to car max and was greeted with friendly and helpful staff. They didn't try and haggle the online offer and checked out car and cut us a check. Easy and very pleased with the service

They insisted this spare tire was ideal for driving my whole family around in this 8 passenger SUV because it was “within spec.” When I brought up my concern with this tire I was told that if I didn’t like it I should find another vehicle. Would you trust this tire with your family?
I accepted the higher market price with the previous car i bought at CarMax because i could justify it with the higher quality vehicles and inspections, but now…
Look carefully at everything before you buy. And if you see something that concerns you then “find another vehicle”
Off topic, it took over four hours to purchase a car with cash, i can’t imagine how long it would have taken had it been financed.

To anyone going to this store to test drive a car. Be aware that if you try to have a vehicle reserved, this store MANAGER will cancel your reservation just to sell the vehicle. Also, do not tell them you have outside financing because at that point, they get SHADY. Stay away from the salesperson named Bahji, not trustworthy.
If you want honest, trustworthy salespeople, go to the Buena Park store. Beto has been SUPER helpful. I'm just writing from my experiences with these stores. Hopefully, this helps some people in their decision-making but also helps this store improve its customer service in the future.

Was welcomed and checked in quickly for appointment. Within minutes Bahij introduced himself to me as he would be assessing my car I was selling. He had a calm and welcoming demeanor that put me at ease. He was quick and efficient with assessment and showed me offer that was given online. His friendly demeanor carried over as we filled out the paperwork for sale that it made it seem like no time was spent there. I watched others come in to look at cars and liked that they were not followed and were allowed to look at cars at their leisure. Overall I had a very pleasant experience and if I need to sell car again I would definitely consider coming back here.

Went to go buy a 40 thousand dollar car and the tires were dry rooten the manager she was a female denied to replace them she thinks I’m going to risk putting my family in danger ⚠️ how do they expect for us to pay so much money on top of that financing and can’t fix things that put are life’s in danger !!! So ridiculous and everything was done online we just when in to see the car and see what was going on because the guy that was helping us forgot to put my middle name that was on my license so we had to resubmit everything all over so on top of this bad experience they can’t even do their job right don’t even waste your time people !!!!
