“On Saturday February 24,2024 I went to Jiffy Lube in Norco to get a oil change. This place has great customer service and they took there time to check everything in my Chevrolet Equinox. It was time to close and a lady came in and with a big smile they said no worries we will take care of you before we go home. I was like wow!! Such good hearted young men they have working here. I was so embarrassed. Other places I been too they say sorry we don’t have time to help you we are close for the day. I Will continue coming to get my oil change at this location. I took the time to write a review because the workers here took there time to go the extra mile on there duties with me and the lady that came at closing time. Thank you for all you do for us.”

“George, my Caliber Collision estimator/agent was a total professional and extremely helpful with my experience. An attempt to steal my car last November resulted in some major interior vandalism, and it took 3 months to get the parts into the U.S. During this time, CC kept me updated, took care of me with speed as the parts trickled in, and made sure I was well attended. Everyone at the Norco CC seemed to make me feel a top priority with their friendliness and accommodation to help me out during the lengthy process (not their fault, btw, but because parts were not readily available in the States)...top notch professionals who actually practice empathy and care. She's older and her English isn't the best and they were super patient and kind with explaining the issues with her car. After the work was done, she received a follow up text message a day or two later from them checking in to make sure everything was okay. The pricing was also reasonable. She found this place randomly and has been telling the whole family to come here in the future. Would highly recommend this business!”

“Customer service was outstanding. I was unfortunately late to my 5:00PM Oil Change and Tire Rotation appointment because of work, and they still were able to take me in. After looking at my receipt, they threw in my tire rotation free plus balancing. I came in at 5:15, and got out at 5:50. This was the fastest service I've ever had. Definitely coming back again!”

All the others were pushing to change my rotors but Brake Masters were honest and said there was no need for that. Service with a smile, quick and efficient.
