I came here to mail a package. Angel J. had truly the worst attitude I have ever encountered. He did not say hi back, I thanked him numerous times and he was completely silent the entire time, and made zero eye contact. I own a small business and if I had an employee like this, I certainly would not allow them to interact with customers. I will avoid this UPS in the future and drive farther.

sloppiness and incompetence, defended by untruthfulness and protectiveness!; on 6dec2023, I sent an 8.5x11 envelope containing an important original automobile registration certificate form was never delivered; ups tracking has only 1 record entry showing label being created, which happened at this store; no additional records appear on ups tracking; since ups truck driver scans items as they are loaded on the truck AT THE STORE, the ups tracking would have showed a 2nd record entry; it did not, which directs the blame of loosing this item squarely on this ups store; ups scans all items at the truck to cover EXACTLY this type of loss ... wherein the retail store fails to deliver the item to the truck;i dealt with one of the owners: "jeff" who stated: 1) it is not the store's fault, 2) the ups insurance that i paid for does not cover the loss because the package never made it to the ups hub; 3) we can only give you your money back;so i asked for my money back; so jeff comes back with my refund and (an pre-prepared!) release of liability letter for me to sign ... so that i won't sue them! ... sounds like an admission of guilt (or at least admission of prior episodes of such incompetence)!!; i refused to sign, and so jeff refused my refund;the owners: "annie" and/or "jeff" will probably reply to this negative review with some banal response like: "sorry for this experience, please contact us with the tracking number, and we will investigate" ... they have the tracking number, a mouthful of falsehoods, excuses, and denials; an hour of my time, and a full measure of my exasperation ... don't fall for it; this ups store needs new ownership; this store is located: 2549 eastbluff dr, newport beach, ca 92660;if you care that your package or letter is delivered dependably, don't leave it at this store; beyond that, i recommend using FEDEX or USMAIL.-jim fredettepostscript: your offer of refund required that I sign a waiver of rights to sue you!; refund me my money, and honor the $100 of insurance that I paid for WITHOUT forcing me to sign such a waiver; you can contact me on this forum, for any google reviewer to see!

I stopped by today and the man at the front counter was really rude and unpleasant. There was another person he was helping and I just wanted to drop off a package but didn't want to interrupt them so I held the door open (I had my kids in the car right in front of the store so I didn't feel comfortable going in while I waited. He then said loudly ma'am can you close the door because I have the AC running. I just left after that.Update: I appreciate the response. Thank you.

I stopped in today to drop off two amazon returns. I misunderstood the instructions for one of my packages, and the store employee explained what I needed to do. I was caught off guard, as I didn't know how I could have made the error. He could tell I was flustered, so he went out of his way to make it right for me. I couldn't have been happier! I come to this UPS store a LOT and the customer service has always been top notch! Thank you so much for helping me out today!

I was sent away from another location to this location and thankfully I was because they gave me excellent customer service. I will definitely be coming back to this location in the future thank you to the friendly and competent staff!

Lee was SO helpful and kind. I was shipping chocolate and had to deliver by ground. He took the time to inform me and also help me find a small clear bag just in case it melted. It was a pleasure to meet him and even though he was so busy with constant calls and other customers coming in, he never wavered/had a smile on his face the entire time. Excellent customer service and cheerful disposition. I walked away feeling happy all because of him. Thank you, Lee! You’re a very nice person.

The employees are nice, but the owner of this UPS store cannot be trusted and would not admit her mistake after she shipped my package 1/2 across the country to the wrong address even though the address was clearly marked on the package with a sharpie marker. I will never use this UPS again and just filed a claim with my credit card as services were never rendered. My 2 day shipment will now take 3-4 weeks once I find a new UPS store to shop from. Save yourself time and give your business to another store that understands customer service and admits their mistakes and rectifies mistakes.

This is a very convenient location for my Amazon return drop offs. The folks working here are efficient and professional. I will definitely be using this location from now on.
